Really helpful staff. I had an issue with my hire van so my daughter was able to call and sort everything over the phone. On my eventually arrival everything was in place for me to crack on and just unload. Went above and beyond. Great customer service.

Been storing with them for about a year now, great staff and super helpful when I needed to transfer my unit. Have recommended to my family when they are ready to store for their house move!

The Storage Team St Helens Branch

From our initial enquiry to moving in the team at The Storage Team, St. Helens have been amazing! Nothing is ever too much trouble from helping us take deliveries, to booking rooms for us and they even help out when you're out of milk for a brew!

I have been very impressed with every aspect of the service provided by Selby Self Storage. Personable, helpful people. Customer service second to none! Clean, dry, secure. Such peace of mind during lock down knowing my possessions were safe and secure. Also putting in place from a much earlier date than many companies, Covid-19 hygiene. Clearly signed, marked out and antiseptic provided. I highly recommend this company. Should I require storage again. I would look no further than Selby Self Storage. They are First class!

We moved the entire contents of our 2 bed house into storage for a few weeks. The service was brilliant. We were really impressed with the free man and van that was offered to us. It came on time and was more like a lorry than a van. It immediately reassured us that we could do the journey in one trip. The storage unit itself is a great size 150 sqft and is secure. The only suggestion I’d make is about having a light in the unit.

Would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone who requires a safe, clean and secure storage facility.

Absolutely fabulous facilities, great service and so convenient. Nothing is too much trouble and the girls at reception are always happy to help. Very much a can do attitude. We use it for business storage and they take in our deliveries, which helps us no end.
