In May we moved house, downsized from a 3 bed to small 2 bed bungalow. Staff at Selby Storage were extremely helpful, they advised a large storage container would be best for our circumstances. They were spot on. Staff were professional, customer orientated, knowledgeable and always found us the best deal. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at Selby Storage. The Storage unit was clean, safe and secure and access to the storage unit was easy, access times were convenient. Would highly recommend Selby Storage and would use them again (except I'm never moving again lol) 10/10 on every level. Thank you to the staff working in Reception, you have been fantastic. 10/10 for sure

Had my unit did a few months now and I’m really impressed; Kerry and the team are always super friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. The facilities are immaculate and well organised. I chose this location for a few reasons, one of which was to be able to have use of the meeting room which I’ve done several times. Being able to have storage and an office space all wrapped up in one location is a huge win for me. Thanks guys!

Having been a customer of the Storage Team for around 3 years now, making use of both the storage and meeting room facilities, I cannot speak highly enough of the team. They keep the whole site spotlessly clean, reply to queries with lightning speed, and cannot do enough for you. I was pleased to hear they no longer have to work on Sundays; we can all access our units OOH (very straightforward) and they work hard enough as it is! Thank you, ladies!

Absolutely brilliant staff at Meanwood Road, Leeds. They could not have been more helpful. Showed me round the units so I could see the size I needed and explained the booking process clearly. Ideal location for my son's belongings during the university summer break. Very reasonable pricing and lots of extra storage equipment (boxes, bags, tape, etc) if you need them. Will definitely be back next summer.

Absolutely top of the range customer service in my opinion. Great selection of storage options with flexible options. Unlike some other storage companies I never got the impression it was about trying to get as much money as possible out of customers, it was about making sure everything was the best fit. Calm, friendly and everything made easy in what was a fairly intense time of moving house for me. Flexible access hours, location kept clean, tidy and above all everything feels safe and secure!

Been here a month now, excellent site, very very clean inside and also in the yard, nice radio on in the background (helps when your in on your own), trollies always available. Helpful InPost lockers outside the gate. Clear emails when payment due. If I could get in at 7am (access is 8am till 8pm) it would be perfect!

Used to store object whilst house was being renovated. Really handy unit and the staff are very helpful and always get back to. If you need some space for a short while or are in between moves I’d really recommend. With had the 8-8 access and it worked well. There’s even a tea and coffee station you can use.

Great customer service by Kerry and Georgia. Kerry talked me through the offer that is available at the moment and discussed different storage unit options so I could make a choice. Georgia helped me through the form filling process via email which was good. Both team members were able to answer my questions as I went along. We will call in after Christmas to have a look around. Online form system to sign was a bit tricky but I was given the choice whether I wanted to go into the store and sign. I managed it though. Also took up the offer of storage protection through The Storage Team. Seemed quite pricey but better to be safe.
