GoogleI've used The Storage Team for many years (shipping container) and always received excellent service from them. I use them for business storage and they're always happy to receive a delivery, and if I can't make it over that day then they'll store it securely. No complaints at all, really good company to deal with.

GoogleAs a newly retired couple my wife and I moved from Hampshire in August 2019. We stayed with our son and daughter in law in Church Fenton and called into Selby storage to relocate our items whilst looking for our "forever" home up here in Yorkshire. We found a place in Withernsea and in the meantime all our items were stored in Selby Storage. The staff could not have been more helpful making a potentially very stressful time seem very calming. The staff are a credit to their company and the company is a credit to the storage industry especially Nikita and Sarah who we had most dealings with. We cannot praise them enough for the excellent service and communications over the past six months and will recommend them without hesitation to anyone who wants a first class operation and service!!

GoogleExcellent storage facilities that meets all my business needs. 24 hour access is incredibly useful. I love that there are people on site during office hours and that they can accept my deliveries on my behalf and put them into my storage unit. Very clean and the kitchen facilities are brilliant! Highly recommend.

I was looking for storage to support a house move. The staff, Beth and Holly, were 5 star They were very professional, knowledgeable,patient and never pushy. The facility is clean, easily accessed and secure. I would highly recommend The Storage Team to all.

GoogleI'm based in York and needed somewhere local to store by business stock for my small start up. I found Selby Self Storage to be hugely competitively priced, nowhere else could match their excellent prices. It was a no brainer! Payments were made on the first occupancy date of every month - so for example I paid on the 10th of every month - which means you don't pay extra on five week months! They have a fork lift on site and a licensed driver at hand to help load and unload your stock! Again, saved me time and money! The containers are clean, well organised and easy to get around. There are good quality trolleys and pump trucks to manoeuvre your stuff. The staff are exceptional, super friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Emails are answered typically within the hour. I would 100% recommend to anyone who has a small business start up!

GoogleI use Selby Self Storage for the receiving of large goods that I would other wise need to be available for. They have the facilities to off load heavy goods and put them to one side, whilst contacting me to let me know i've had a delivery. I also use one of the storage units to store long term goods. The service I get is professional, reliable and very useful. I would highly recommend Selby Self Storage. Hence why I will be continuing to use them.

We have just taken 2 large units at the Winsford branch and the support in getting set up through to any help needed at any time has been outstanding. The facility is fairly new, kept spotlessly clean and has great amenities to support businesses and staff. A bright and vibrant unit with amazing staff to work with.

GoogleFor those using Storage Unit Selby, please be aware of the 14 notice period they hide within their contract and terms and conditions. I vacated my unit 4 days in advance of my next invoice date and notified the storage unit team. They then hounded me for an extra 2 weeks payment for an empty unit ! The unit was empty and could of been given to another deserving customer but instead they kept the unit closed and empty so no other customer could utilise it for the sake of 2 weeks payment. Next time - tell your customers information about payment and leaving when you onboard them in the office. Good storage but customer service skills need to be worked on. Hopefully staff can be trained for future customers.
We are saddened that you have not had the same great experience as 99% of our customers and we take your constructive feedback onboard. We will work hard as a team to improve further. GoogleThe team here are amazing! I move house in 2 weeks time and started buying all my furniture but hadn’t sorted where to store it. I called up and asked if they had anything available for that same day for approx 2-3 weeks. They told me to come anytime and we can sort it same day. When we arrived we got shown around the different options and facilities. We were all sorted within 15minutes and even gave us a little welcome bag. I highly recommend The Storage Team Selby and I will be using these if ever needed in the future.
