GoogleAs first time buyers we greatly appreciated AK's help in the mortgage application process. He was the best! Answered all our questions and was available at all times. Everything was sorted out really fast with the mortgage and he even went above and beyond to make sure we secure our property in due course. We would highly recommend his services to anyone.

GooglePurchasing a house is always stressfull and purchasing a house for the first time is even more stressfull especially if you're doing it alone. But with AK as my mortgage advisor I always felt that I had the support of timely and professional advice and knew he would always respond almost immediately to all my queries. If there were some difficulties or problems he would go above and beyond and always found some way to solve them. Overall I cant recommend him enough. I dont know if Apurve is the only mortgage advisor at Allen and Harris but he's definitely the only one I would go to again when I am buying another property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAllen & Harris (Dennistoun branch) have been amazing to work with throughout the whole process of selling our flat and buying our new house. David provided great and much-appreciated advice on everything we needed to know about getting our flat ready to put on the market. Emma and Paula were so helpful and always at the end of the phone for advice and guidance. AK, our Mortgage Advisor was fantastic and went over and above to help my husband and I arrange our mortgage and buy our house. He kept in regular contact to update us on the status of our mortgage application and was so supportive and helpful. I would definitely recommend using this estate agent!

GoogleFirst time buyer buying a flat. AK talked me through all the details of what would happen at every step, what fees I'd need to pay, and talked me through all the finances. He kept me up to date with what was happening during the sale and was always available if I had any questions. Would definitely recommend going with AK as your Mortgage Advisor as he made the process really easy!

GoogleAK has been nothing g but kind and helpful thought the process. As first time buyers he really took the time to answer all our questions with patience and thought. We were never left wondering what we were doing and he never left an email unanswered, even over the weekends. GoogleI cannot recommend Allen & Harris enough if you are buying and/or selling a property. They're professionalism is second to none, in particular Mortgage Advisor AK! He was friendly, understanding, very knowledgeable, relaxed (even when I was not) throughout the whole process, and went above and beyond even answering questions after hours (no matter how silly they were) to ensure I was happy with every aspect of the process.

GoogleFirst time buyer of a house. My wife was selling her flat. Apurve Kaushik (AK) was extremely helpful the whole way through the process. Especially when dealing with solicitors, he helped to explain it in a way so we could understand. Overall, was a massive help during the process and helped to take a lot of stress away!
