Myself and my partner were first time buyers and were recommended to go to AK for mortgage advisor services. We were very nervous about the whole process but the knowledge and expertise demonstrated by AK really made the process seamless! No question was too silly, he was always at the other end of the phone and was able to find us a mortgage deal that was best for us and our family! We are so grateful to AK for taking that worry and stress away for us and making the whole buying process enjoyable. I would recommend AK to anyone who is looking for a mortgage advisor whether they are buying for the first time or have done the process multiple times! Thank you AK :)

I would highly recommend Apurve and his team. I'm a first time buyer and was clueless on how things worked. The process was made clear and straight forward and Apurve always made an effort to check in and ensure things were running smoothly with all aspects of the sale!

I met this vibrant and gold hearted individual when my family was desperately in need of a house to rent. We walked up to Allen & Harris Estate Agent, Albany office where myself and wife spoke to one of the great staffs of the agency in person of Harry even though we were woefully disappointed in one of the staffs ways of approach in another branch of the same organizations but Mr Harry, displayed a high sense of responsibility by putting the interest of his employer's first. Meeting him was like a student to his or her lecturer. He calmed us down by ensuring that he will in his official and legally approved means getting us a house and he did through her office. At this juncture, I recommend Allen & Harris to anyone willing to secure a property to buy or rent to visit the Albany and ask for this energetic man who is also committed in serving his organization. And to the management of Allen & Harris, I congratulate you for having one of the world best and loyal staff to represent you. Attached is myself and Harry's image. Take care.

I would like to mention how absolutely amazing the service was and the advice and help we received from Apurve Kaushik was outstanding. In a difficult time trying to buy our first home, AK was always available to answer any questions and worries we had, no matter how big or small putting our mind at ease, out of working hours and even out of the country, AK still replied to messages within minutes and offered his expertise advice and kept us on the right track. From house searching to mortgage approved, everything in between and even after our move in date, AK was still available. Absolutely could not recommend this man enough, made everything so simple and easy in the most uncertain times. Thanks AK!!!

I have recently sold my flat using Allen and Harris Bishopbriggs and thanks to their professionalism, knowledge and hard work my flat sold within one week! Being a first time seller I was unsure of the process however Allen and Harris made a daunting experience an easy one for me. I would like to thank Ross Picken (Branch Manager) in particular for all his help and guidance throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble for Ross who provided a first class service giving useful advice and keeping me informed each step of the way. His knowledge of the estate agency world is clear and he is a credit to Allen and Harris. I would not hesitate to recommend Allen and Harris Bishopbriggs to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property in the surrounding area. Once again guys thank you for a fantastic service.

AK was absolutely fantastic. I'm very grateful to the friend who recommended him to me because AK was so helpful and supportive through the entire process. Always happy to answer questions - no matter how complicated or basic. Very prompt with communication. And really fought hard to secure me a mortgage. That was what I appreciated most - that when I was starting to feel defeated, AK worked hard to get us across the finish line. As a first time buyer, I felt fully confident and trusting of his recommendations, and advice. 100% recommend.

Couldn’t recommend AK enough. We were first time buyers and had issues with getting a mortgage. We went to AK and he genuinely had our best interests and heart and done everything possible to get us a mortgage offer. If it hadn’t of been for AK we would not have gotten our mortgage offer, as we had been told by another mortgage advisor that they couldn’t help us. We spent two hours with AK and we had a mortgage offer within a week. Wish we had of been referred to AK from the beginning as it would of saved us a lot of stress and hassle. The service he provides throughout the process is exceptional, he’s always available to answer any questions and you never have to chase for updates as he provides them as soon as they happen. Biggest thanks to AK for all the help.

As a first-time buyer (and a student), I highly recommend AK. Right after our first call, he stood out as someone who truly knew his trade. He helped me filter through different properties, which was incredibly helpful for a first-time buyer. It was clear that he had my best interests at heart and actually helped me save a few grand! I had spoken to two other mortgage advisors, but AK stood out immediately. Thank you, AK and the team at Allen & Harris!

Recently used AK to purchase my new home after a separation. He was so helpful and patient during my initial consultation and gave me lots of advice and help on my position and even helped when it came to viewing properties offering advice and helping me arrange appointments. After my offer was accepted he talked me through everything in detail and made sure I understood everything and had all the documents I needed to help speed up the process and not cause any delays. AK was in constant contact with me and kept me updated throughout the full process and was always available if I had any queries or questions. Could not recommend him enough and look forward to dealing with him again in the future.

We worked with AK recently on the purchase of our first home, and he made the process super smooth and easy to understand! I am not from the UK and was a bit worried about purchasing property here since I wasn't very familiar with the process, and AK was able to explain everything to quell any fears or stress I had about things. We would highly recommend Allen & Harris, and AK specifically, for anyone looking to purchase a home.

We couldn’t fault the service throughout the whole process, so helpful and friendly while being professional and always contactable.
