What a wonderful experience I had buying my first home, Yvonne was so helpful with the home searches and honestly a delight to speak to. Ak and David were fantastic in helping us manage the sale of our property and the purchase of our new property. David was able to provide us insightful info about what we could expect from selling and what our expectations might be like trying to purchase a property in the area we wanted to move to and both were spot on. Ak provided us with great financial information and worked with us to sort our mortgage, insurance policies and expenses that we would incur with buying and selling which were again spot on. We had the pleasure of having Apurve Kaushik as our mortgage advisor. As first time buyers, we did feel pretty out of our depth with everything involved, but AK was on it from the start. He did so much work in setting everything up that we would need, and no question was too stupid. All the hard work and brainache was dealt with promptly and professionally and he made it all seem so easy (it's not!). We managed to navigate my not having an in-date valid ID, which, from my end was probably the trickiest part of the whole process. He set up a group Whatsapp where we could all query things and keep up to date, and was always available and quick to respond. Really nice guy, and I can't recommend him highly enough, cheers AK!

Had a more of positive experience on the phone with a different member of the team who encouraged me to use the free mortgage advisor to help with the house search, booked a morning appointment with the same advisor. The day before the appointment, I was called by a different member of staff asking if I have all my documents prepared, I was confused because I wasn’t asked to prepare any and he said I needed to have bank statements, proof of income etc etc. I already use a different service for that side of things, which I informed him about to which he said it doesn’t matter and I needed to bring it. Lack of communication and disappointing interaction, it’s sad how one member of staff can impact the direction of customer service for the whole branch.
