GoogleAK was the mortgage advisor on my first time purchase. Very much enjoyed working with him. He was friendly, very easy to contact and run things through with, sorted a huge amount of aspects of the mortgage package quickly, and made as much of the process straightforward and easy to follow and understand as he could, and I’d happily recommend him going forward!

AK is the best in the business, I had a really hard time selling my property and buying, I don't think it would have been possible at all without someone as good as AK. He kept us assured and informed the whole way and even out of hours. He went above and beyond what I could have ever expected an advisor to do. Not only was he completely transparent about everything, when you think something is going to take a couple of days, AK manages to get it done in a matter of hours, it truly does feel like you are made a priority. GoogleAs a first time buyer I had no clue about how to purchase a house or anything to do with mortgages etc however after finding AK I was fully aware of everything. He has helped me so much over the last couple of months when trying to buy my first home. He has replied to my constant messages and phone calls - morning noon and night and been extremely patient with me continually asking stuff. GoogleWhen we came to market our home we looked at a few popular local agencies. Countrywide and Pacitti Jones didn't even respond to our initial inquiry therefore we weren't impressed by them based on that poor start! However the opposite happened with Allen and Harris. Joe called me next day and arranged a visit. Very impressed by his professionalism and no nonsense attitude. All staff were excellent. Great communication and responsiveness to phone calls/emails. Nothing was a hassle. Very friendly and always polite and courteous. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

GoogleIf you are considering which agent to use to sell your home look no further than Allen & Harris. I have used three different local agents in the last few years and the team at Allen & Harris outshine every other agent. The service is first class. The staff keep you well informed throughout your time on the market and when it comes to negotiating your sale you’re in great hands with their negotiators. I couldn’t have wished for a better service. Ten out of ten!

GoogleLynn and the other A+H staff were very helpful and professional during the course of my recent house sale. They were available to carry out viewings on the days when I could not. I had several offers withdrawn but the A+H always generated more viewings. They also recommended firm of solicitors who proved to be very efficient as well.
