I sold my property with Allen and Harris, when I had started my sale they had told me about their finance advisor AK but at the time I had been talking to someone else who was already the second advisor I have been to with a different company. After a good few weeks of pulling my hair out and not understand why I couldn’t get a better deal or why I was limited to a lower amount, I called and asked if I could arrange a meeting with AK. It was the best decision I made. He is really knowledgeable in his field and is there to guide you through every step. He is great at explaining everything no matter how silly you think the question is, and replies to messages promptly. He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed choice on what mortgage would be the best deal for me. I felt no pressure at any point to agree to anything and he ensured I understood and was happy with things when I was at the stage of agreeing to things. I would definitely recommend selling through Allen and Harris and 100% ask to speak to AK. I wouldn’t be in the position I am today if I hadn’t spoken to him.

Allen and Harris staff and AK especially have been amazing throughout this whole process. Me and my partner are first time buyers and really didn't know all too much about the process of even beginning to buy a house. AK knows his stuff and is so calm and collected through the process that it just put us both at ease. The communication that AK has with his clients is nothing I have ever experienced, he constantly kept in touch and helped us search for properties that he thought we might like, arranged the viewings and everything else moving forward. We really didn't need to do much the entire process thanks to AK, which has taken a lot of stress off of us and allowed us to just really enjoy the experience of buying our first home. Honestly, Can't recommend AK enough, I doubt I'll say anything different from the other reviews because they're all true, he has went above and beyond for us, unbelievably patient with all our silly question's, gave us advice throughout the whole process and even helped us to keep our optimism when things were looking down, I would be more than happy to recommend AK friends and family who are moving home. AK was great. I had dealt with mortgage advisors at other firms and the difference between them and AK was huge. AK would answer any question I had so much faster than anyone else, most of the time if I sent an email he would simply phone me so we could talk. If I missed his calls he would message on whatsapp until we could speak. I really appreciated this. At one point, I emailed him and got an auto-reply saying he was on annual leave. He still phoned me that day.
