We bought our first home this year with support from AK. AK was extremely professional, efficient and thorough. He helped us secure a larger AIP amount as we were inputting some financial information wrong. When we found the property we wanted to buy, AK went above and beyond to not only secure us a good rate, but also followed up meticulously with the sellers estate agents, sorting a few issues with the paperwork required really promptly, which allowed us to go from offer accepted to move date in less than 2 months. AK also sorted all out insurances out for a great price and fantastic levels of cover. He was always at the end of the phone for my endless list of first time buyer questions and I could not have been happier with the service. If you are questioning whether to use a broker, definitely do as it has made our buying process a breeze. Could not recommend enough and well worth the fee. 10/10.

What impressed me most was their communication and how professionaly they all were. I dealt mostly with Ross & Abby. As first time buyers we were very grateful for all of AKs help and advice. Not only did he sort our mortgage but also ensured we and sorted out a lot of other things we had not considered we would need in place. AK was also willing to meet with us at the weekend to sort stuff out which was very much appreciated, as getting time off work was difficult. AK took the time to explain everything clearly and all the options available. The entire buying process beyond AKs involvement was explained to us and what to expect.
