GoogleHighly recommend insight letting they couldn’t of made the process of renting a house any easier, jay and the whole team have been so helpful with everything to the paper work or answering any questions that I’ve had and made what should be a really stressful time very easy!

GoogleThe process from viewing to moving in was very good and this was made possible by Jay Molloy who was of great help throughout the entire process. Insight lettings has execent staff who are always there to help one through the process of getting accommodation.

GoogleFabulous group of people who are very approachable, polite, friendly and professional. Looking after tenants and their homes. It's not always easy getting trades people during these times with the general shortage of materials and manpower. But the team do very well, going out of their way to help and keeping everyone updated.

GoogleLiving next Door to one of your property. Is night mare. Do you Have a problem in returning answers to problem s. Agent never returns phone call. Up all Night with next door People talking. Will play music to day to keep them f up.As agent do f. All.time 3 am.. Sunderland. Had my window Smashed Car Damage. All that say its in hand.No sleep .

GoogleJason is a lovely man who happily answered all our questions and made sure the property was what we were looking for. He seemed to care that the house was the right choice for us rather then just getting us to sign up for a commission and that really went a long way. Thank you Jason!

GoogleI would give 0 stars if I could.. honestly the worst company ever... I have lived in one of there property's for over a year and the state is shocking I haven't had any repairs done and have had had report them to environmental health!!! Do not rent with these people it was the worst mistake of my life!!
