GoogleAbsolutely shocking. Becky is currently on the telephone to my elderly father telling him it is not her problem that after 3 years he can still not sleep in his own home due to noise disturbance from their Tennant.

GoogleWhat a shambles of a company. Don't ever invest your money in this corrupt organisation. I've heard horror stories from people that work here and the way it works is by constantly being in debt and clearing cash through equity, but to make it look like you're making money, when actually you're racking up debt. Office is completely drab and unprofessional, if that doesn't say it, among their constant staff turnover, then I don't know what does.

I have regular contact with Louise Wray and Oliver Pollard, both of whom are a breath of fresh air to work with - professional, friendly, organised, helpful and proactive. GoogleAs a regular contractor for Insight Lettings, I am very familiar with this company. In the time I have spent working alongside the team on s weekly basis, I have been overwhelmed by the dedication and commitment shown by the property managers and agents alike. In my experience working with a numerous other lettings and estate agents across the UK, these qualities are very difficult to come by. I genuinely feel this company cares about its tenants, landlords and it's contractors equally. The way I have personally witnessed them navigate through what can be at times difficult high pressure situations is commendable. To name a few Cherrise, Phil, Steph, Ben, Megan, Gina, Cheryl, Lauren, Stacey.As well as Marian and Jackie from the inspection team., Are all a true credit card to the organisation.

GoogleInsight Lettings have been managing my properties since 2014. I have generally been very happy with the service. One of my properties has had all sorts of issues over the last 12 months - damp, electrics, roof leaks etc. I have been working closely with Steph Armstrong, a Maintenance Specialist with Insight Lettings. I have to say she has been brilliant - Sorting out contractors and tradesmen, chasing things up and (very important) keeping me informed throughout. Insight Lettings are a great team and I will continue to work with them.

GoogleI owned a small portfolio of 3 BTL properties before joining Aran's Insight Education programme. However, I have learned more about property investment in the last 2 weeks than I had in the previous 50+ years. Aran is an enthusiastic and passionate educator supported by his encyclopaedic subject knowledge. I consider my money to have been well spent and I now have a new focus and vision for the future.
