GoogleThese are probably the worst lettings agency I have ever had to deal with. They refused to carry out and repairs for 2 years and they accuse you of causing any repairs that naturally occur over time. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY YOU WILL END UP BEING IN DEBT AND PENALISED FINALLY AND VICTIMISED BY THEM

GoogleReally poor service. Me and my partner had a house viewing organised by them, we arrived there 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time, waited 35 minutes and the agent failled to show. We did not receive any phone call, email, message to inform us of any possible cancellation or delay in the viewing, despite them having acces to our contact details. No option for us to call them either. My partner had to take also time off from work to attend the viewing. Also, I had to ring soo many times to get this house viewing organised in the first place. Very disappointing, not honest people. Plus they ask for a lot of personal information from you before even organising viewings, but then again you know so little about them. GoogleThis agency is a fraud. The Insight Group source properties for investors in the bronx area, I had 2 properties sourced by them in 2018 in Liverpool. After the conveyancing completed, they dished out my properties to the Insight Lettings, which never reported any maintenance issues before they deduct the costs from the rental income. They changed their management fee within 1 year to 11%+VAT, they never provide a telephone number to make enquiries, and their email response time is over a week, because they keep changing staff who has no idea each time what the enquiry was about. GoogleAfter the ordeal of having to move during lockdown, insight lettings have been superb throughout, polite and very responsive, they have worked hard to get us into a new home even with a few bumps along the way, they’ve rectified it quickly, Macy, Emily, & Nigel have been super helpful, Cheryl also phoned to check all was okay and that was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend this company over and over again to anyone who wishes to rent through agents, even with Covid-19 going on things have gone as smooth as they possibly could. GoogleI live in London and I have properties in Mansfield and Sheffield. Since purchasing the properties a few years ago, Insight Lettings have found great tenants and let out the properties. They are brilliant. It is totally hands free. They arrange electrical testing, gas testing, regular property check ups. If there are maintenance jobs to be carried out, they arrange everything once I have approved the spending. I used to be cynical about hand free investing, but Insight Lettings let me sleep at night. All I do is wait for a monthly statement for each individual property, then the rental income (net of the letting fee). And just to top it off, the staff are really well trained both in lettings but also in politeness and communication. Thank you all of the absolutely lovely and efficient Insight Lettings staff!

GoogleWe just moved from the South to Sunderland the whole process was quick and easy. We had some issues within the house but as soon as we raised a complaint everything got sorted real quick. I recommend the company !!!

GoogleWorst company for maintenance issues, no property check done prior to my move in, 6 months and still waiting for issues reported on move in date to be resolved.

GoogleWorst company ever - can't get in touch with them when needed. Had a water leak for 2 months and now they're trying to blame us for it not being fixed. Honestly don't rent through them, waste of money

GoogleVery poor customer service, no one seems to know what’s going on. Did not replace a window that did not open for the whole time we lived at property. They broke government guidelines as they took too long to return initial deposit.

GoogleSo far Insight Lettings have been super helpful and have made the application progress very simple and easy! I quite like how all the forms are online as I make too many mistakes on paper! Got to sing Emily's praises as she has been a delight and has always kept us informed of everything we needed to know along the way which we really appreciated! We never felt forgotten about at any stage and now we are looking forward to proceeding with our tenancy with them :-)
