GoogleTried getting in contact about a property I wanted to rent on numerous occasions by phone and email, the number they have listed on rightmove is clearly not the right one though. I managed to find the right number on google and when I eventually got through to someone they said they’d call me back to give me an update in regards to the property I was interested in, a week later I still hadn’t heard anything from anyone. When my husband got through to someone yesterday he was informed the house we’d been enquiring about was now taken. Needless to say this has left us massively disappointed as we’d hoped to have moved before Christmas, but we’re now having to find another property suitable for the needs of our family

GoogleIf I could I would give 0 stars. An absolutely appalling letting agent - if you can even call them that. They use both Rental Insight and The Property Coach. Both exactly the same people doing the same horrendous job. Why take on so many properties that they can’t even manage properly? They have no morals and cannot even provide evidence that the houses they let are safe. If you’re thinking of investing, don’t unless you want to self manage and prepared to deal with the terrible houses they source for you! Cowboy contractors, terrible communication, will bareface lie to you and will also use underhand tactics thinking that they are cleverer than you. If you are a tenant with them and have issues I would seriously consider moving somewhere that will look after you. There are some good landlords/letting agents but unfortunately this is not one of them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

GoogleRented from insight Letting’s for just over a year, great house just personal circumstances made me move. Great company to rent off never had any problems, Nigel moved us in did our pre move out and our move out and what a lovely guy. Made us feel at ease and was comfortable to be around. If I ever need to rent in the future I will be sure to contact the agency. Thank you for everything.

GoogleBeen with them for over 3 years paid rent all time then they decided to sell the house so me my girlfriend and 3 kids had to find a house landlord said he will give us full rent back and half a months rent when it came down to it he didn't now there saying we can have £200 n odd back and there keeping rest as they say we owe them 2 weeks rent which is absolutely ridicules as we moved out on the 2nd and they said we have to pay from the 11th and they said we nether give them 4 weeks notice we only gave 3 do that taking a weeks rent from that even though they gave us 8 weeks notice to move out so we was rushing to get another house absolutely rediculas

GoogleI've spoken to Rachel twice and as the face of the Insight group over the telephone is great. She believes in the Company's ethos and put across well all the benefits being offered. The service appears to be a full one compromising of sourcing the property, managing it for the client and refinancing when permitted to ensure cashflow which is great for anyone with no time to do this for themselves.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleThey don't get any jobs done, even my actual landlords let them go as they weren't doing jobs that was given the go a head. Terrible customer service, avoid at all cost tenants and landlords!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleJust coming up to 6 months tenancy. Property Managers are friendly and efficient, always get through on the phone straight away. Their maintenance reporting system is really easy to use too.

GoogleIf the option for 0 stars was available, I would've selected this!!! Absolutely appalling, wish I had seen the reviews before renting with this agency. Our property is so bad we have had to get Environmental health involved. Do not rent with this company their properties and customer service are disgraceful. They care about their investors and landlords paying them money, but don't care about the tenants who live in the properties. Avoid at all costs

Googledo not use this company. They take months and months to do any repairs in the property. i have my back fence missing exposing the whole of my garden and has been left for months
