GoogleDiscriminated against because I don't have a guarantor and am now disabled so have to claim benefit. So when they say they accept housing benefit they clearly don't to people on their own. Not everyone has family with savings! I am a good tenant with a good history of paying rent!

GoogleThe company was a little hard to get ahold of untill I rang them directly (don’t msg through Rightmove, Zoopla etc) but after that it was a good clear cut service and kept me in the loop as to what was happening till my sign up day

GoogleI've been a tenant with RI for the past 2 years. Had issues within thw property as any other, but they were always there to fix it. I'm in another property of theirs and it's the most delightful place for raising my children. Suited to what I asked for. Xox
