GoogleCan't recommend CPH Estate Agents enough. Absolute top class from start to finish. They go above and beyond to help. Especially during the pandemic when we were selling a house in Scarborough from Scotland. The team were very professional and kept us informed at every stage.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Hi Garry
Apologies for the delay in reply been a busy start to the week again. Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I know it was not as straightforward as we would like with the first buyers backing out but pleased we managed to get a good buyer second time round and all went through well in the end. Hope you are well and if you are ever back down in Scarborough feel free to call into the office, it would be good to actually meet in person.
All the best

GoogleWe just completed the sale of my mum's home on Weaponness Park. The chain wasn't straightforward but Dionne in particular was very professional at following up with the purchasers and solicitors. I have no hesitation in recommending CPH, so long as Dionne there at least :-)PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Hi Jon
Many thanks for taking the time to leave a positive review. I know the sale, like many right now, has not been an easy one. It is on occasions like this which people often don't appreciate that having an experienced and very hardworking individual such as Dionne can be paramount in getting across the line. I know she will appreciate your kind works and the positive review, as do I.
Thanks Again and all the best.

GoogleExcellent service. Very professional. We were in a chain buying and selling. Dionne, the residential sales manager, kept us informed about progress throughout the chain. Her ability to keep us informed was better than any of the other professionals involved in the process. CPH is a property service that is highly recommended.
