GoogleI’ve been fortunate enough to deal with Martin & Co using their property management services and I would fully recommend this company to other landlords. We’ve had no issues with management of the tenant or of the property, including with keeping good records - which has been an issue with previous letting agencies. Gas safety checks, property inspections etc were completed on time and fees charged have been reasonable so no issues there. All the staff have been really helpful, particularly Ian Tait who’s a great Property Manager.
