GoogleJamie and Rebekka are the dream team! I've had experiences with estate agents and I can honestly say I've not had better service and support than I had with Home Properties. From the excellent marketing to the easy and flexible contract, Home Properties were perfect from the beginning. They turned up on time, did all my viewings. Arrived with enough time to see how I was and check in with me. Rebekka always dressed beautifully and was very passionate about selling my home. Jamie was easyily reachable and always respected my time and spoke with frank honesty and politely. I was asked first about viewings before the client was contacted. The team secured me an offer on my property very quickly and worked hard for me to realise the best price possible. I felt I was underpaying them for the amount of bespoke work and care they gave me and my family. Thank you both for your hard work. You are efficient, fair and honest people. GoogleWe first met John Hodges from Home Properties when we went to purchase our current property. This was followed by few more visits to the property as we wanted ensure the accessibility of the property. We were shown around by John and John Snr. They were both professional and and willing to provide any additional information we needed. They also helped achieve our desired completion dates. We were very pleased with the service provided for the purchase and instructed them again to sell our previous property. The process was long as the property market was not favourable. We were advised on various things to do to increase the chances of sale. John and John Snr were very helpful pre SSTC and Jenny Barnwell -Thornton helped us through to completion resolving issues as they arose. I was very impressed with the Home Properties sale team and would recommend the full team from (Reception/Admin) to John, John Senior, Penny and Jeremy through the buying and selling processes I would thoroughly recommend the Services provided by The Home Property Sale without hesitation

GoogleVery disappointed with this company. My partner phoned up regarding a flat we were interested in, and the first question he asked was whether the owner would allow a couple sharing. We were told this wouldn't be a problem, so I drove for an hour and a half to come and do a viewing. The gentleman who showed us around was very nice, however he did arrive around 20/30 minutes late, leaving us stood waiting outside in the rain. After filling out the tenancy application form, we were then told that the owner would not allow a couple sharing after all. What a waste of my time.
I cannot recollect what happened on the 18th December, although there's no excuse for being so late! I hope the team kept you informed. The owner had previously not declined dual occupancy, so this was as much of a surprise to us as it was to you. I hope you find somewhere suitable soon.

Since then, during all my tenancies with both Village Estates and Martin and Co. she has dealt with all my enquiries and problems regarding tenancies in a most efficient manner. Denise has an in depth knowledge of the property and rental market and a wealth of experience to draw on. In an age where sometimes customer service is not all it could be, Denise has provided first rate service to myself at all times. Always friendly, helpful and courteous, she is a credit to Martin and Co. and I cannot speak highly enough of her.
