I have used the services provided by Martin & Co for a number of years and have always found their staff to be extremely professional and knowledgeable, they have consistently been friendly and helpful no matter what issues I have encountered, and always provided accurate information and sound advice when requested. As a landlord, receiving timely rent payments and providing reports for income, invoices and expenses is critical and Caroline Dyson within their accounts team has always been fantastic in providing a thoroughly helpful, professional and accurate service.

I have always been happy with Martin and Co at Saltaire. Caroline and the finance department seem to get the job done very quietly and efficiently; if ever I have had an issue, Caroline has been happy to deal with it promptly. I have always felt confident in her and am grateful for her professional skills. Outstanding from start to finish

My experience with the staff at Martin & Co from start to finish has been extremely positive. I feel that I was always listened to and always kept informed of any developments with my property when it came to any remedial works or tenant requests. Having a team on board who have the knowledge and expertise to address any issues is essential as a landlord and I don't feel like I could have been successful without the help of Angela and Jess. Angela has always provided me with advise in regards to rental pricing and repair quotes and Jess has been brilliant with liaising with the tenants when we finally decided to put our property on the market. If you have a house to rent and you need a reliable estate agent, just go with Martin & Co!

Denise Feather doing a great job.

Denise Feather has been so helpful with this property on my behalf, when the tenant left after giving in her notice the property was in rather a bad state of affair, but Denise went above and beyond to get all the relevant workpeople, cleaning teams in to bring it back to its former glory, she has kept me fully informed at all times of what was happening, times things were going to take place etc, would highly recommend, I have been with Martin and Co for many years and have always been pleased with the service I have received.

Happy with letting experience

I've used Martin and Co as a landlord to let out a new property recently. I've been very happy with the responsiveness, professionally and fast delivery that the team has to offer. Fantastic professional Service

Helpful and courteous agent

I have used Martin & Co Saltaire for a number of years now to act as agent for a property I let in Bradford. I had a ‘problem’ tenant for some of that time but Martin & Co were always at the end of the phone to help and without their professionalism, I can’t imagine how bad things could have eventually turned out.
