I’ve worked with Mark before when buying, so I knew I was in good hands, but selling with him (and Holly) was just as good.
From the valuation through to getting it on the market, everything felt really straightforward and easy. The photos and video were honestly amazing, so good they nearly made me question why I was even selling in the first place.
The house sold in under a week, which says it all really. Mark & his team were always quick to respond, happy to answer any questions, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They really do go above and beyond.

We sold our home and brought another.
This was an amazing personalised service of a small close knit team who really tailored our experience to work with us. We were out of the country for weeks on end yet they still communicated with us at times that suited our time zone (at our request). To letting in the home surveyor of our sold property whilst we were away. Alongside 24/7 7 days a week support via WhatsApp or email. This is just a few of the many things Home Property took in their stride and supported us with.
We were so impressed with the knowledge they have over South Leicestershire and how no request was too much trouble. To helping us when we had sold with chasing solicitors and not allowing large pauses of our sale. They really went the extra mile to get us sold. We recommend them to all of our friends and will be using them again in the future for sure.

GoogleFrom start to finish, I can only describe the service we received from Jamie and the Home team as exceptional. During what turned out to be six months of arduous attempted house purchase, Jamie was there at every step. Nothing was too much. His advice and guidance saved our house sale and kept our chain alive on several occasions.
The most impressive bit was the personal touch. At no point did it feel like you were dealing with a company, it felt more like you were dealing with an old friend, that happened to be an expert in buying and selling houses!

GoogleI am a landlord and have used Sillars for a number of years to manage my property..
I can find no fault with the service provided .. When property is vacant, Sillars use their own database of prospective tenants to immediately find new Tenants.
Prospective Tenants are personally escorted around the property and and feedback given to myself of suitable applicants.. During the tenancy Sillars conduct 3 monthly inspections to ensure property has been maintained. Any problems with maintenance of the property has also been dealt with by Sillars and I have had little involvement with any repairs needed ..At end of tenancy a close out report is issued. This hands on approach by professional competent staff has ensured I have had no problems with tenancy and maintenance of the property. I would recommend Sillars for property management .
