GoogleFrom the start we’ve had a very good experience with Martin & Co. Samantha initially with the viewing and then Kathryn. We have had a few issues with the flat but Kathryn has been very efficient getting these sorted for us. Communication has been fantastic!

GoogleVery disappointed for the service provided and no follow up at all. I am sadly writing this review as I am hoping to discuss with the agent that has follow up with me for a shop leasing. It was a very positive discussion and the agent just kept telling me it is very promising. However I have to keep chasing the progress by myself and I have been asked to submit our business proposal in which I did on the following day. I waited till a month after that calling the agent again sadly the agent just avoided to pick up my call and asking me to keep waiting...after a few months right now, they just simply ignore my request and I am really shock by the level of professional that it should be.....I totally could understand if the landlord doesn't want to proceed for any reason though we agreed for all the terms and conditions....however at least as a professional agent they should really call and let me know a YES or NO.... Seriously as a business runner , time is extremely precious stuff and it is alright even though we cannot rent the shop but i am quite doubtful for all the potential tenants to seek leasing from this agency.

GoogleMartin & co Saltaire sold a property for us. The valuation was done quickly and on the market within days. Martin & co kept us informed of proceedings every step of the way and frequently too. Our email enquiries were always answered very quickly and they answered the phone every time we rang. They dealt with issues from ourselves and the buyer rapidly, liasing between us. They have a friendly, proffesional team whom I highly recommend. They also gave us a couple of options for our solicitor who has been great too. RL

GoogleMark, Claire and their team were amazing from the first minute of contacting them, to getting the keys and completing. Super professional and always chasing up loose ends which made the whole process much easier. This is the 2nd house I have sold with Mark & his team and could not fault anything. Worth every penny and would definitely recommend.

They charged me £185 for cleaning even though I left the property cleaner than I received it. I also had an arrangement with them to allow me to terminate my contract early as an elderly lady friend of mine was desperate to move in. I gave them a date that I would be out in order to quickly accommodate my friends needs and yet they took 2 weeks to hand over to the new Tennant and also charged me rent for the 2 weeks it was empty.
Hi James, I'm sorry to hear that you feel that Martin & Co have only warranted a 1 star review. I have reviewed your tenancy this morning & I note that you requested an early release from your tenancy & we accommodated this. The delay in moving in a new tenant, was not as a result of delays on our part I assure you as we always look to minimise properties being empty for all parties. The cleaning deduction was only £75 & not £185 as you state. The other deductions were as a result of repairs needed to the property, following your tenancy ending These necessary repairs has been identified by an independent inventory clerk, to ensure the property was returned to the condition when your tenancy commenced.
