GoogleVery helpful and professional. We dealt with Mark as buyers of a property. Nice personal feel which you don't get with other estate agents. Even gave my mum a bottle of champagne upon completion! Lovely surprise! :) Photos accurately reflected the size and appearance of the property too. Great service, definitely recommend :)

GoogleThe girls at Oulsnams are absolute angels. What a stressful journey we had, through no fault at all of Oulsnams, but everyone was incredible and faultless. Communication from them was very frequent, they kept me in the loop at all times and fed back to me after every viewing, and there were A LOT of viewings! A special thank you to Debbie and Vicky, for all the effort they made, the frequent check ins, updates and much needed emotional support! Couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. We are in our new home now and its completely worth the wait.

It was my first time renting a property. The service we got from this estate agent was horrendous! The worse experience we had. The letter box was broke becore. Did nothing about it even after all the calls I made to chase it up. The house would never get warm in winter. We had a leaking. They would not deal with it. We went on for the whole weekend without gas or electricity because they couldnt get anyone out for the weekend, did not even try or show concern knowing I was pregnant at the time. There was damp everywhere as time went by. Did not do anything about it. when we decided to leave. They did not give any of the bond. Blaming us for the poor condition of the house. Grass was long, light bulbs and borders had dust on. Silly excuses like that causing us to lose our bond money. Totally inconsiderate and heartless. Never again and would definately not recommend to anyone!
