We moved into our house in January. Not long after, Martin & Co Saltaire took over as our letting agents. When contacting Martin & Co, we have spoken to Nicole. Nicole did our house inspection and was amazing. She was bubbly, trustworthy and you felt comfortable in her company. What I like about Nicole is that she let us choose a time that suited us, even if it meant she would have to work longer, which was lovely as my husband I both work long hours. She really does put the tenants first! Following this, I contacted Nicole and she was willing to help us and solve any problems to the best of her ability, leaving us being very happy tenants.

I have lived at my property for 2 years and signing on for a 3rd year. Resigning has been so easy thanks to Lucy. She is so quick to respond and really helpful. There was a minor gas leak at my property in December and they were super helpful, arranging for a plumber to come out straight away and answering calls in the middle of the night! I would happily use Martin and Co if i were to move in the future.

This whole time they have been incredibly helpful and responsive. The whole team were a joy to work with, with special commendation to Denise and Kathryn. The staff are professional but friendly, efficient but approachable. After years of having agents and landlords who will do anything to keep your deposit, it was delightful to have agents who gave clear advice and assistance at check out. We have loved living in Saltaire and Martin & Co just made it so much easier. Thanks guys!
