I have dealt with Martin & Co for a number of years and have always found them to be very helpful to me as a landlord but also considerate to the needs of the tennant’s. I’ve recently been communicating with Sam and Denise regarding a re let of my property and was thrilled when a new tennent was found, the relevant paperwork completed all within a short space of time. Carol in accounts is always happy to answer any queries regarding payments. All in all very happy with the friendly, professional service received.

GoogleSue was very helpful during a lengthy sale process. She regularly chased the buyer and their solicitor to try to speed everything up, and gave regular updates to keep me in the loop at all times. Chloe and Georgia were also very helpful during the beginning stages. Would definitely recommend!

I would like to thank Hannah Wilkinson on her support through the tenancy agreement renewal. I had a few problems (due to a fault of my own) but Hannah supported me throughout and provided me with fantastic advice and responded to emails the same day in a timely manner. It was a stressful time for myself but Hannah reassured me and i was always confident she would do the best she can to help me. Thank you Hannah for all your help.

GoogleI have been a tenant with this company for a few years now. Any issues have been dealt with promptly and although very professional, there is also a warm and welcoming feel to the service you receive which I feel is important.Denise and the rest of the team are always available and ready to deal with anything you need as a tenant. This company looks after it’s tenants and not just the landlords like many others. The welfare and rights of the tenants I feel is paramount to this company.

GoogleI cannot fault Mark throughout the sale of my house. After being on the market 48 hours initially he’d had it sold - the write up and photos and videos that he’d taken were so professional and really showed my home off in its best form. Mark completed all of the viewings of my home meaning I very rarely had to be at the property as I’d already vacated it. The approach was much more personable and above and beyond what you’d expect from typical estate agent. Sadly the sale fell through and Mark was nothing but helpful and supportive throughout the re-sale and was always very responsive to any queries I had along the way. I’d definitely recommend Mark to anyone looking to sell their property and would 100% use him again if I ever needed to.

GoogleWhat can I say about Mark that hasn't already been said? Not only is he a really nice genuine guy, he's damn good at his job. My house looked gorgeous on the photos and sold within a day. Mark was always on hand to answer my many questions and always returned calls. Nothing was a problem for him and he worked tiresly behind the scenes nudging things along. If it wasn't for him we wouldn't have completed before the stamp duty deadline. I've used other agents in the past and they don't come close. I'm so pleased we used Mark and i would recommend him in a heartbeat.

GoogleBack in 2021 I was very happy with Mark’s service in selling our property. His knowledge of the market and professionalism was top class. He was always on hand to respond to any queries and kept us updated throughout every stage. I personally feel he went above and beyond any other estate agent I’d worked with previously. We agreed a price for the flat within a week. Mark took all of the stress away that normally comes with selling. I highly recommend Mark as an agent and also for carrying out viewings on the property.

Mark was always happy to help any time of day, the regular communications added a personalised element to the service we received. Mark went above and beyond with any of our queries and whilst searching for a new home, Mark was able to offer plenty of options that tailored to our preferences. It is evident to see that Mark takes pride in his work, the photos and virtual tours were really impressive! Highly recommended!!

GoogleJulie and claire have been fantastic during our purchase. They stepped in when there was solicitor issues and today we finally completed. If it wasnt for these 2 lovely ladies we would probs have walked away from the purchase. They sorted chain issues many times and kept us better Informed than solicitors. I Would 100% Recommend using this Estate agent. I Wouldnt hesitate if I needed to sell
