We recommend Martin & Co wholeheartedly and without reservation.
For the past two years we have been tenants living in a property managed by Martin & Co. Saltaire. This whole time they have been incredibly helpful and responsive.
The whole team were a joy to work with, with special commendation to Denise and Kathryn. The staff are professional but friendly, efficient but approachable.
After years of having agents and landlords who will do anything to keep your deposit, it was delightful to have agents who gave clear advice and assistance at check out.
We have loved living in Saltaire and Martin & Co just made it so much easier.

Regarding the company as a whole I am generally very very happy. I like the staff that I deal with regularly in that I find Denise, Sukhbir and Nicole very clear in communication, professional, efficient and knowledgeable with a skilful sensitivity to me and my attitudes.
Regarding what I am uncomfortable with; I find the fees high [yes, in spite of being happy with the service, I simply think the fees for searching for tenants, and for renewals etc etc are higher than I am comfortable with]
Regarding Nicole Bradshaw [who asked me to complete this feedback] I find Nicole delightful to communicate with. She seems young but comes across as mature, sensitive, caring and experienced; she has a confidence which gives me confidence [I expect she has learned well from her colleagues].

Thank you for your lovely comments Richard, the staff and I really appreciate the feedback, it can be a difficult job and so encouragement is great for everyone's morale. I fully understand your concerns regarding the cost of being a landlord these days, continual changes being made to the private rental sector require us to undertake an increasingly complex role and continuing to keep our staff as some of the best trained and motivated in the industry has required us to increase some of our charges recently.
We do however hope we still provide excellent value for money and continue to help you maximise your investment returns.

GoogleDisappointing experience… generally ok through tenancy… always polite and friendly but only an average response to rectifications of issues. End of tenancy charges unreasonable. So be cautious with your reports and records of what you’ve done to leave the property in the same condition as you’ll definitely need it!!! I thought if I queried anything then my whole deposit would be withheld but I think it’s actually just the disputed amount… so please make sure you dispute… don’t let them take what they don’t deserve!
