GoogleJessica is professional and efficient! Quick respond, easy communication warm and friendly. Very helpful in the process. The case had a lot complications but Jessica always came up a solution! I have used the services provided by Martin & Co for a number of years and have always found their staff to be extremely professional and knowledgeable, they have consistently been friendly and helpful no matter what issues I have encountered, and always provided accurate information and sound advice when requested. As a landlord, receiving timely rent payments and providing reports for income, invoices and expenses is critical and Caroline Dyson within their accounts team has always been fantastic in providing a thoroughly helpful, professional and accurate service.

GoogleI rented a flat through Martin & Co Saltaire for quite some time and had Jess Tillotson as my property manager, she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Always responsive, kind, and on top of everything, she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even when issues came up, she handled them quickly and professionally. You could really tell she cared about the tenants and not just ticking boxes. She made moving out just as easy as moving in. If I ever move back to the area, I would 100% rent through them again. GoogleWe put our house up for sale in 2021, and from the start of the process in moving to our new home, we felt supported. There were a couple of issues along the way, but the girls in the Redditch office were brilliant. They made phone calls, chased queries and kept us informed throughout. They went above and beyond. Keep doing what you do, it works well, and helps stressed out customers. Glad we chose this estate agent.

I have always been happy with Martin and Co at Saltaire. Caroline and the finance department seem to get the job done very quietly and efficiently; if ever I have had an issue, Caroline has been happy to deal with it promptly. I have always felt confident in her and am grateful for her professional skills. Denise and the management team are my usual point of contact: I feel that they are always there for me and happy to deal with issues really quickly. I admire their skills, their sensitivity and the forthright manner in which they simply get on with the job. My thanks to both Caroline's Finance Team and Denise's Lettings Management Team. They are a joy and a comfort to have working on my behalf.

GoogleCannot speak highly enough of this estate agents, both Mark and Julie, so professional and helpful, guided me through the process so excellently and with the minimum amount of stress for me. Having been someone who has been stung by poor estate agents in the past, let me tell you in no uncertain terms, don't wast your time with your move, first choice or any of the others, if you are in the Workington/West Cumbria area, you have to go with Mark Bucanan property group. 5* service. You won't be disappointed.

GoogleIt’s hard to know where to start with this 5 star review but if I could give 10 stars I would. Mark and Julie go beyond any expectation of not only an estate agents but also a business in general. Their understanding and empathy towards your individual goals and expectations is crazy when you consider they balance everyone. I couldn’t imagine balancing lots of versions of me who have a dream home but need lots of help to get it. The UK purchasing system is rough but with these two at the healm you can literally move mountains. Thank you xx
