GoogleRecently agreed to sell our house with Oulsnam's Redditch and met all of the team (Debbie, Elisha, Victoria & Jeff) during the process. Everyone has been very personable & professional throughout. Realistic valuation was suggested and honest advice provided on how we could make our home more sellable. They provided regular updates and were easily contactable. The whole process couldn't have gone smoother.

I just want to say a big thank you to Jess Tillitson for assisting so swiftly with the plumbing issue in my bathroom. All it took was a quick call, and by the next day I had an update that the plumber would be coming to my apartment. The moment the plumber finished the job, I received an email from Jess confirming everything had been sorted. Really impressed by the efficiency and communication, great job and much appreciated!

GoogleFrom the very beginning till the end of the process, Jamie. Rebecca and the entire team were helpful, professional and incredibly supportive. There was constant communication throughout, and if I needed clarity on certain issues the team was there to assist. There are many Estate Agents on the market, but if you want someone to go the "extra mile" you will not find anyone better.

GoogleMy experience with the staff at Martin & Co from start to finish has been extremely positive. I feel that I was always listened to and always kept informed of any developments with my property when it came to any remedial works or tenant requests. Having a team on board who have the knowledge and expertise to address any issues is essential as a landlord and I don't feel like I could have been successful without the help of Angela and Jess. Angela has always provided me with advise in regards to rental pricing and repair quotes and Jess has been brilliant with liaising with the tenants when we finally decided to put our property on the market. If you have a house to rent and you need a reliable estate agent, just go with Martin & Co!

GoogleI am on a premium account with 2 houses under there property management scheme. They never return any phone calls and never give you any information they charge more then anybody else and everything they do is a extra cost. I have 1 tenant that has paid them £2,400 in one month and I have not received a penny off Sillars. Nor any Statements from Sillars. How am I supposed to pay Mortgage payments and home insurance etc. Be very careful they just in it for what they can milk you for. Very expensive 12.5% + vat for premium property management and you get nothing for that money as everything is charged as a extra. It's a money making Scamming company.

Denise has been exceptionally patient and professional through out the years. I am dyslexic and dyspraxia and she’s really helped take some of the anxiety out of really stressful situations. She’s alwYs been considerate and happy to explain things or support me wherever she can. I’ve been with my current landlord for eight years and Martin and Co have always arranged to have repairs sorted in a timely fashion. Can’t fault them from start to finish. I think it was Vicki that did my tenancy inspection, she’s very good and respectful of people’s homes. All Martin & Co staff are really helpful, but particularly Denise, who is constant.

GoogleHannah Simpson is my property manager and all I can say is that she is brilliant. She made our move in process really smooth and I have had a couple of small problems that needing sorting and Hannah has been perfect every time. She is very prompt at responding to emails and she also makes sure you are happy with anything that needed to be done. Martin & Co Saltaire are by far the best letting agency I have used.

GoogleI've used Martin & Co for over 26 years now and when ever I have any issues they aim to try to resolve them as quickly as possible and keep me in the loop at all stages! I find the whole team professional and super friendly and they are a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't upload a review without giving a huge shout out to the fantastic Denise. Whenever I make contact it's like talking to a friend you've known for years and she always goes above and beyond to sort things out!! A fantastic team who are always there to help!
