If estate agents were a personality type, Goadsby would be the human equivalent of an unflushed toilet - a bit whiffy, always full of crap, and guaranteed to ruin your day.

It had only come on the market that day and we were first to view. We have used Goadsby as our letting agent now for the last 6 years for 4 properties having used 2 other agents previously. The Salisbury office, run by Jacqui Sinetta, have impressed us from the beginning. Every element of the service that they provide has been excellent, from marketing the properties, managing them and responding to day to day queries. We are very happy with the service we receive and have encouraged other landlords to use their very professional service. We have engaged Goadsby to let more of our properties. Jacqui Sinetta has been the Manager since we have been letting there. She is attentive, prompt and extremely efficient. Her knowledge of the letting market is also an asset. I would definitely recommend using Goadsby in Salisbury for a friendly hands on approach & genuinely wanting to sell your house. The whole team were involved & kept me updated from booking my valuation to arranging my viewings. Once my property sold subject to contract, they assisted and helped ease the whole process. I originally had my property marketted by Connells Salisbury. I seeked Connells out from seeing previous sold boards along my road so thought they knew the area and would be able to make a sale . My experience however was extremely poor, no customer service skills, promisises not kept and generally poor at marketing my property not to mention the excessive commission fee. I then after 3 months looked elsewhere at other agents and spoke to Goadsby. I met with Rob the branch manager an explained my journey. I was given advice and explicately explained my grevancies with the level of customer service from Connells and asured this would not be replicated with Goadsby. This turned out to be the case, I recieved brilliant customer service from Rob and his team and have successfully accepted an offer on my property. The experience I have recieved from the two agencies is a polar opposite and I would recommend to other sellers locally to choose Goadsby when marketing their properties.

I've been using Goadsby in Salisbury for about 4 years as a letting agency for my house. Everybody has been very friendly and helpful and they were always very quick to get in touch if the tenants had a query and they were very quick to send someone out to fix any problems. I never had a problem with the tenants and I feel they were vetted very effectively.
