A very friendly and efficient team. After only a few weeks, they managed to drum up a lot of interest, and ultimately offers. The offer we accepted was way above our expectations. And Fox Grant team offered a lot of advise and help right up to completion. They are easily contactable, if we had any questions. The fee was less than expected and very fair.

The brochure was very disappointing & many people including the purchasers said it didn't do the property justice. Considering that we did all the viewings we consider the fee to have been excessive. Although the agency were unfailingly polite we usually had to chase them. When we phoned for progress reports we were told that they were just about to call! In the future we would use an online agency.

Thank you for taking the time to review Fox Grant, we really appreciate your feedback.We were disappointed to hear that we had not met your expectations with our brochure and should we have been advised of this when we sent it to you for proofing, we would have course have offered some alternatives. Our aim is always to show a property off to its best potential and to make sure the client is happy with the brochures we produce.The fee and viewing arrangements were agreed at the outset and if at any time you had made us aware that you were not happy with the situation we would have done everything in our power to rectify your concerns.Your house generated 3 viewings and quickly achieved an offer at 99% of the guide price.Online agents can indeed offer a cheaper service, but we pride ourselves on knowing the local market place and being able to get the best possible price for a property. We can also offer a bespoke and personal approach and when a sale gets a little tricky and solicitors need chasing, as in your case, we feel we can offer a better more pro-active service.We are very sorry to hear that on this occasion we did not meet your expectations and if you would like to discuss any of these issues further please do not hesitate to contact us.

Fantastic experience through out, from the first visit to value right through to the end Fox Grant were there for us and our buyers. We have used Fox Grant before to sell our last house so knew exactly what to expect a good honest friendly service. This being our forever home we hope not to have to move again but would use them next time, with out a doubt.

GoogleI'm glad others have written poor reviews about this agency. Tried to buy a property through them and found the sales tactics extremely aggressive. Thats when you are able to get hold of them!! Eventually bought another property in the village and found that the vendor had tried to sack the agent.
