Could not recommend Charlotte enough, she is a brilliant estate agent, worth her weight in gold! We were the sellers of the the property, her pictures were amazing, accommodated late night viewings, was always on hand to help even on her day off and chased for completion with solicitors all the time. Amazing estate agent!

Charlotte was fantastic. She was friendly, helpful and engaged and when we decided to make an offer she worked hard to ensure all parties (and particularly the lawyers) got on with completing the necessary paperwork in a quick and efficient manner with no hold ups. Couldn't really ask for more.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that our home took a while to sell, this due to Brexit and the pandemic but the team kept up the momentum throughout. We found William and his team to be consistently attentive, available and professional in all their dealings with us. It is clear they have much experience in this specialist area of the market and we felt in safe hands. William with his unique style, navigated a way to a satisfactory conclusion for us. If, like us, you have a much loved unique house with grounds we can highly recommend William and his team to you.

We were very happy with the assistance we got from Fox Grant when we were buying our house. Selling and buying is stressful, and became even more so when the sale of our own house fell through. However, Phil Howard was always there to support us throughout the process and would often be responding to our emails late into the evening. Phil helped us think outside the box about some of the issues we encountered, and acted as a sounding board on many occasions. Fox Grant were more than an estate agent, they were a true partner in the process.

Fox grant supported us in the sale and purchase of two properties over a 3 year period. William was pivotal in securing a very good price for our cottage. Without his support I do not believe we would have sold it so well. We purchased a 45 acre farm 3 years later and they were very honest throughout the process and again supposed us as buyers as expected. I would not hesitate in using them again

GoogleContacted and spoke with an agent who I won't name, who explained the info I wanted could be found online, when the links online wouldn't work I re contacted the agent who didn't answer just returned a text sorry phone playing up, I texted back giving an email address and simply asking for a brochure. A few hours later I sent a chasing text to be asked for an email address which i had already provided. After another chasing text from me I received yet another text saying sorry phone playing up. I text and asked them to call me or get another agent to call which never happened. Some hours later I found the sellers details and contacted them directly an arranged a viewing. To this day I havent had any follow up from the agent. Fox please do contact me and I will provide a screen shot of the texts so you can look into the service you provide. Reply to owners comment Hi William, I don't appreciate text at 08.07 on a sunday morning stating "Jason just seen you kind 1star Google review under N Hall which I think is pretty unfair" Is this sarcastic? What review would you leave for an agent who: doesn't answer the phone, doesn't call you when u text and asked them to, doesnt email over info, doesnt follow up until Google review,NegativeProfessionalism
