Although the sale of our cottage seemed to take such a long time from an early offer accepted to exchange, we reached our goal at last and were helped every step of the way by the team at Fox Grant. Originally we went with a on line agent which did not market our property as equestrian. One of my customers recommended Liz at Fox Grant who gave good honest information and advice. We split the property into 2 parts to sell. One was straightforward but the other was a bit of a long winded nightmare.We had support and guidance throughout and it eventually completed. Ours was an extremely difficult and protracted sale but Adam and the other staff at Fox Grant were always on hand to advise on every issue. In the end we achieved a significantly better price than we expected after their comprehensive marketing identified several interested buyers. I would highly recommend Fox Grant and can't imagine that any other agent could have done a better job for us.

Charlotte was a breath of fresh air amongst a sea of mediocre agents operating the area. She showed great knowledge on the area and sellers positions, also gauged our needs without much steer. Sadly our search came to a halt due a job relocation but we hope to resume the search with her again soon.

We were the sellers of the the property, her pictures were amazing, accommodated late night viewings, was always on hand to help even on her day off and chased for completion with solicitors all the time.
