Why did we instruct Fox Grant Estate Agents? Simple.... because they were the only Estate agents who dealt with countryside properties, who responded to our initial enquiries. Our property we perceived to be a difficult, long and hard sale. However, on our inaugural meeting with both William Grant and Liz Langford, their market expertise and listening skills gave us confidence, and eventually culminated in a buyer and subsequent completion. Liz competently screened the viewings and liaised with 100% feedback, so we felt always totally informed. Both William and Liz were easy to communicate with, using a variety of different sources, depending on where they were. They always responded as soon as possible certainly before the end of the day to our enquiries. Our sale was disrupted by a to total unforeseen medical emergency. This is where they both totally excelled and exceeded my expertations. Their support was there 24/7 giving us compassion and space when it was required, but behind the scene they worked tirelessly to keep our sale alive using their expertise. Both of them were totally professional, friendly and extremely patient during this difficult period. William, with his knowledge and negotiating skills liaised and secured our new home, with an incredible time scale to tie in with our sale. An amazing feat. This sale, we could say happened in propably the worst time of our lives together. Without William and Liz, Fox Grant, 'm doubtful it would have succeeded. House Purchase

Purchased a property from Charlotte at Fox Grant Property Specialists on February 2021 and completed on June 1st 2021.Charlotte and her Team kept us informed right from the start until the very end. We had a hiccup on the day of exchange as the owners decided to pull out from the sale. We were all devastated but after a week of negotiations with the owners, Charlotte and her Team manage to persuade them to carry on with the sale which they did and they expressed to us how sorry they were to have put us through all the upset. After an awful week of not knowing it turned out incredibly well.Would like to thank Charlotte and her amazing Team for all the efforts that they put in on our behalf, we would not be in our new home without them.We would not hesitate to use Fox Grant again in the future if we decided to sell. We were attempting to purchase a lovely fisherie in Wiltshire, we travelled from London to come to the viewing 2 hour drive only to get to the lake and no agent (William) double booked apparently however told the owners to tell us who were put out as they knew nothing about the viewing which made the viewing a little uncomfortable, the second viewing we met the owners again.

First Class, Excellent Estate Agent

Charlotte has been absolutely wonderful throughout this process. She and the team provided us with the most excellent service, always fed-back and conducted every aspect of the business with complete professionalism. I cannot recommend Fox Grant highly enough or with more enthusiasm. We chose them because they have that 'extra something' and they knew what they were talking about regarding rural and equestrian properties, They didn't employ the typical awful, tiresome sales chat, tactics and pressure either and this was refreshing. While this has been the most difficult time for everyone with Brexit and the Covid 19 lock-downs and despite not selling the property for us on this occasion (unless a recent introduction comes back of course) I can report that Charlotte and the team did everything in their power to get a successful sale throughout the whole process. Maddie Standing-Gill was the agent acting on behalf of the vendors of the property that we purchased through Fox-Grant. The chain was long and parts of the chain (not our part!) were unresponsive. Fox-Grant, and Maddie in particular, did an excellent job in keeping things moving and in communicating progress. She was extremely professional and responsive. Thoroughly recommended

We sold our equestrian property near Newbury through Fox Grant towards the end of 2019. We chose them because Charlotte and William gave us confidence that they understood the kind of property we were selling, which some of the big chains didn't. Despite a tricky housing market, they immediately secured multiple viewings and within 2 weeks we had a very good offer. However selling is never straightforward, and whilst we waited for our buyers to secure their own sale, Charlotte kept the momentum up, dealing with slow solicitors, numerous enquiries about covenants, and finally a planning application in woodland adjacent to our land just as we were about to exchange. She kept us calm and positive throughout and finally the sale went through. Thank you Charlotte and William, now please find us a house to buy too!

Professional service

Branch manager Charlotte is one of the most honest and integral people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She’s professional, knowledgeable and therefore likeable and easy to get along with. Charlotte does not beat around the bush and makes it very clear what needs to happen in order to progress deals. The transaction I was involved in was less than simple, but both Charlotte and William did everything they could to resolve the issues with the title and the deal has now exchanged. Brilliant customer service and Support

We cannot recommend Fox Grant highly enough. We were dealing with Charlotte who was absolutely brilliant start to finish, we had issues with the sellers Solicitors, but Charlotte was always at hand to make sure every thing was chased. She also accommodated our late evening viewing prior to putting in an offer. She even had some days off and said that if any thing was urgent that she would be there to answer her phone. Very professional and effective service!

Our property, a 15 acre equestrian smallholding, had previously been offered by another agency with very poor results. After 3 months we switched to Fox Grant. They suggested a novel approach to the sale, including lotting the land separately and arranging an 'open day'. They also produced a set of very attractive colour brochures. This led to a number of viewings from highly suitable prospective buyers and an eventual sale that was in excess of our original expectations. Use Fox Grant if you want a personalised service which gets better results.

I have used Fox Grant as selling and planning advisors but mostly I have used them to 4 times achieve a very satisfactory rental figure, over the last 10 years or so, through good, specific advertising (mine is an equestrian property) and through spending time with me and my wife to understand what we want in a tenant. My wife and I always feel supported and listened to. Adam Field is in charge of lettings and he is endlessly patient and charming to all parties.

Phil and the team were first class. His valuation was spot on, no silly valuations in order to get the business or to be able to make a quick sale. He worked extremely hard in order to achieve the target he set. Communications were superb even while we were away in Australia. His support was crucial in helping us maintain our sanity throughout what turned out to be a long and complicated sale. His advice was always aimed at what he considered was in our best interests, not once did we ever get the feeling that Fox Grant just wanted to get a sale in order to get their commission. Complex farm sale - Winchester

Fox Grant managed the sale of a very complex agriculturally tied property for us in Winchester. They were very focused and pursued all avenues.
