Dear Mick A little bit harsh. Fox Grant are bespoke Country House & Rural agents regulated by RICS, NAEA & OEA with a clear code of conduct. We have followed the code to the letter We are legally required to submit all offers Your offer was stepped over. You were given the chance to respond but declined and so our vendor accepted the other parties bid. That party put down a lock out deposit for an exclusive period. They exchanged and completed very quickly . We will of course do our best to find you a similar bit of fishing. Regards William FG
