GoogleBrilliant experience with Carter&May! After dreadful encounter with a previous estate agent, I was dreading the whole experience. However Ben from C&M was an absolute delight. Always informative, proactive and very kind, he would answer any question and help if he could. They found a buyer quickly at the right price and the process went through in a reasonable time frame. GoogleI applied to rent a house with my son through this agent. We were subsequently turned down with the excuse that my son could move out, despite the fact that my son would be named on the contract with me and would live with me while we try to sort ourselves out in a year. So therefore we would be breaking contract if my son moved out. Which either the landlord didn't understand or it's a lie. Subsequently I then received a letter from the post office with our application form inside that had been found loose in the post. This is in contravention of GDPR as it had our salary details, employer details, address and phone numbers on it! I would not recommend these agents to anybody.

Ours was a large chain fraught with problems and without Charles Lee's expert assistance the move would not have happenned. I would say that Carter and May should be everyone's go to Estate agent for the Salisbury and Wiltshire area.
