From the outset, the whole team were professional, proactive, and easy to deal with, particularly Charlie and Luke, who were always available to help and quick to respond to any questions. The marketing of my property was handled promptly and efficiently, helping to generate interest quickly and resulting in a much faster sale than I had anticipated. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. I received regular weekly updates, which gave me confidence that everything was progressing as it should, and I always felt well informed. One feature that really stood out was their use of the Street App. It made managing the process incredibly convenient, allowing me to track viewings in real time and accept or decline appointments with ease. Overall, Carter & May made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. Their professionalism, communication, local knowledge, and modern approach to selling property set them apart, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their home.

GoogleI cannot rate Carter and May enough. Me and my fiance bought our first home not too long ago with them and they were faultless. Jake and 2 other people that we regularly interacted with, Holly and Luke were brilliant. Since the offer was accepted, we were kept updated and answered any questions that we had (myself in particular had a fair few!). We were also given constant reassurance throughout the entire process and all emails and phone calls were responded too very efficiently. Thank you Carter and May, you were brilliant and keep up the good work!

Google5 years ago we bought our house with Carter and May. It was an extremely difficult chain that was so close to falling through many times but Ben went above and beyond chasing and contacting everyone to make the purchase happen. We then sold our house and had to contact Ben to sell it. Yet again our chain was at danger of collapsing on multiple occasions but Ben made sure that he did everything he could and he single handedly got the sale over the line. I cannot thank Ben enough and would highly highly recommend using Carter and May for your sale.

GoogleC&M represented us in our house sale, and at a time in which the market was moving really slowly, and sales were hard to come by, Ben and the team stepped up several gears to get the house sold. Following the offer we received, Ben kept us informed of subsequent progress with weekly catch up calls which were incredibly reassuring. I think that Carter and May have been the best estate agent we’ve ever used and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in the Salisbury area. Sold it for us in the time frame they stated and drove the conveyancing and estate agent network to get exchange and completion ensuring the chain remained intact. GoogleI put my house sale in the hands of Carter & May as I was given assurance Charlie, who valued the property, would personally ensure any viewings were dealt with by him and that he would see the sale through. He did exactly that! He found a secure buyer, at the asking price, within a few days. He kept me updated at every stage and went above and beyond seeing everything through til completion. I would highly recommend Charlie and the whole team. Customer service was exceptional. Thank you for making a stressful process a lot easier!

GoogleI used Carter & May to sell an investment property I owned in Salisbury and had a great experience. Charlie was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Selling the property with all contents included was an absolute dream for me, especially as I live abroad, and it wasn’t something I had even expected would be possible. Charlie managed to find a buyer who actually wanted to purchase the property with all of the contents included, which was a huge bonus. The buyer was over the moon as they wanted a turnkey property, and it saved me the hassle of asking family members to re-sell the furniture or put everything into storage. I’ve since recommended Charlie to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to continue recommending him. A genuinely great service.

We received a full asking price offer within a week, and we've now just moved into our new home also found by Carter and May. After spending months struggling to find our dream home, Carter and May called to say they'd just viewed a property that was about to come onto the market and knew it would be perfect for us. The whole sales team has been fantastic from start to finish, supporting us every step of the way, with Tim and Holly providing weekly updates.
