From start to finish the service with Carter and May has been outstanding, I decided to sell my house with Carter and May initially because of their huge success with sales in the area, I can now safely say that when I go to sell another property they will be the estate agents I choose every time! This is down to their vast knowledge, empathy and overall efforts to just get the job done! I had a bit of a stressful sale due to my deadlines being quite tight and having various issues along the way but Charlie and his team were extremely understanding of my stressful situation and chased daily (sometimes hourly!). Ben has been fantastic, we have had the house fall through with another agent a couple of times and Ben literally took on our bungalow and sold it in two weeks!!! As discussed.
He is very professional and kept a great relationship between the buyer and us and completely goes the extra mile which to be honest doesn't happen these days.
He wasn’t pushy or even felt like a typical annoying salesmen. He has now taken on our other property which has had an offer already, he clearly qualifies all his applicants and meet people needs and wants and the main thing, clearly is he treats people how he would like to be treated himself.

We’ve sold and purchased a number of properties with different Estate Agents, and by far our best experience have been with Ben.
He really understood our position and went out of his way was to assist. He is always available, very responsive and always able to accommodate extra viewings, surveyor visits and allowing us to arrange access to the property when we needed it.
We’ve had issues with mortgage valuation and Ben did his absolute best to make sure the purchase goes through despite our sellers’ solicitors been extremely difficult. With Ben’s help we’ve managed to agree and exchange with a delayed completion to allow us time to put new funding in place.
Ben is not an average estate agent, he has a good understanding of lease option agreements, exchange with delayed completion and other creative strategies that can be applied if a property transaction is not quite straight forward.
Ben has exceptional work ethic, through his approach he makes sure he gets the best outcome for both the seller and the buyer. He is honest, hardworking, flexible, and extremely helpful. And he always comes back to you when he said he will.
From our experience in the past, once the sale is agreed, the sales progression process is the main pain point when dealing with various agents. Most of the time nothing happens unless you take matters in your own hands and start chasing. It was however very different this time, Ben has kept on top of everything providing us with regular updates. It as a first time during property transaction, I didn’t feel stressed having to progress my own sale/purchase. Ben did a smashing job!
Honestly, I can’t recommend Ben high enough. If you would like a 5 Star service when selling or buying your next home or an investment property, Ben will look after you and will make sure it all goes through. Without hesitation I would recommend Ben to all my family and friends.
