GoogleThis 5 star is purely for Rick, the guy from the maintenance team, and also for the security which i don’t know about the name.
Even tho the move in experience is the worst I had in my whole life and also the community sometimes just don’t have any hot water for entire day.
But today when I woke up and realised I been locked inside my own bedroom, I immediately called security and he responded within seconds, and then about 5 minutes, Rick came to my door and rescued me, also helped me to check the bathroom door in case the same situation happens in the future. This leaves me a very valuable impression as how quick and nice they respond to resistance inquiries.
Thanks again to Rick and thanks again to security, as anytime if I got any problems and call security they would always answer the phone call within seconds.

GoogleI've been living at New Makers Yard for a year now and it's been one of the best living experiences I've had from beginning to end. The management team are super friendly and are always quick to respond to any issues you might have.
I recently had an incident where I had a parcel delivered but I wasn't able to find it in the mail room.
I went to the Get Living Office and immediately Josh offered to help look for it with me. When we couldn't find it, he then offered to check the CCTV footage and not long later he let me know that he had found it! Josh as well as the rest of the team are always willing to help and it really goes a long way in making you feel taken care of.

GoogleI do not recommend that you get their services. I had a horrible experience with Getliving. They are the most laidback realtors i have worked with in my life. Their lack of responsiveness cost me two houses that I really liked and an additional 200 GBP per month. Such a lax attitude towards work and clients. I never received a single response on time and my case manager (Katie) went on a week long holiday without reassigning my case to someone else even though all the documents were submitted from my end. I also made numerous attempts to call them in order to ask them to reassign my request to another person but either it was always unanswered or they never got back to me. Thanks to them I might be homeless in a couple of weeks. Working with them was an absolute waste of my time and energy, I have to start my house hunt from zero now.

GoogleWe lived here for two and a half years. The maintenance was always good regarding our apartment. The issue is the building boiler who keeps on braking every 3-4 months. It is fixed in 8-48 hours.
The main issue is that the walls are very thin and you can hear from one room to another.
It's not perfect but it's good.
