GoogleI am so impressed with this company and location. Myself and two of my friends found ourselves desperately in need of a place to stay, and we were able to secure a property in this location and have everything completed so quickly! I have had the amazing help from Nina and others; their communication is unmatched and they have done everything in their power to make this process as easy and quick as possible for us. Nina held the viewing and she was so polite, answering all my questions and just being so so helpful. Myself and my friends are so excited to move into this property, we are so pleased to have found a trusting and caring company. I highly recommend this location, it’s so beautiful and close to the city centre! If not this building then definitely look into the company, they are nothing but helpful!

I was initially drawn in by the nice-looking environment and friendly staff, despite many friends warning me not to live here. However, issues arose during the move-out process, where the company refused to take responsibility and expected the tenants to cover their mistakes.
If you don't mind unreasonable charges when you move out, then you might consider living here.

GoogleI lived here for a little over a year and it definitely set a new standard for me! From start to finish everything was great. When I moved in I was very impressed by the quality of the furnishings, how clean everything was, and how soundproof my unit was (I was facing the railroad tracks and could not hear the trains at all). It was my first time renting non-student housing in the UK and they made the whole process super easy, which is not always a given when you are a foreign national. I only spoke with the maintenance team once, but they were very friendly and answered my question right away. At first I was a bit hesitant about the location, but it turned out to be perfect for me -- access to all the stores you need down the road, and you can easily get anywhere in the city by foot. On days that I worked from home I took advantage of the coworking space and cafe, both of which were very pleasant to be in. Overall I would highly recommend Get Living.

GoogleBuildings looks nice from the outside good garden, location are 50/50 as public transportation not as expected.
Apartment are okej and not bad but they are using low quality furniture
Pets friendly buildings but so bad owners, so dirty disgusting smell in all corridors. We complain it to the management several time but no real action please see photo and video.
Customer service are so good before signing letting contract and start to be worth after that.
Post room are not safe at all, people who living here afraid of receiving valuable staff. I have heard several stolen cases and several other attempts within only two weeks.
Garage remote never works as it supposed to so you need to get down the car and place the remote almost directly to the sensor to open the gate.
Finally i feel ao bad chosen this place.

Sorry to hear you feel your furniture of of a low quality, if you would like us to take a look at anything in particular, please raise a maintenance request using your Get Living Resident app. Your feedback has been taken on board regarding the carpet, and to let you know, carpet cleaning has started in the opposite building today, and I will ensure moves to your building next. We consider the Parcel room as safe, but know there are some miscreants out there who try to steal parcels, the room is covered via CCTV cameras 24/7, and for any report of missing post, we can always either identify the location of a parcel, or confirm its state as missing. If you have any concerns over a particular package, please speak with our super helpful parcel room staff, who work 6 days a week just outside the room. We're not aware of an issue with the garage door itself, so we'd happily take a look at your fob to see if we can improve things, please bring this into the office for assistance.

GoogleUnreal place to rent and an even better team looking after it. Location is ideal, literally 10 min walk from city centre, whilst the flats themselves are super modern and allow pets.
