GoogleHelen at Watersons and the whole team have been brilliant throughout our house buying and selling experience. Really helpful, patient and implicitly understood what we were looking for and needed. We got really good recommendations for a solicitor and surveyor from Watersons and throughout they have always gone above and beyond to keep us updated and informed and allow for the seamless sale of our house and purchase of another. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleCalled today wanted to ask a couple of questions about a property making sure it worth viewing before travelling to Sale from Sheffield. The lady was fairly rude and seemed not interested to deal with me at all. I asked a question and she replied 'do you want to view the property or not'. If I'm not intetested why would I call in the first place? It was my first call and probably the last as well, wil try to avoid.

GoogleOur family have used Watersons on a previous occasion and so our expectations were high based on that experience. When we came to sell a property more recently they again surpassed the expectations that we set. It is evident that the whole team are familiar with your individual sale and able to respond swiftly to any requests you make of them. GoogleWe recently sold our house with Watersons and bought our new house through them also. They were completely brilliant! We mainly had dealings with Daniel, Jonathan and the lovely Helen. They made the whole (usually painful) process seem like a piece of cake. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they kept us informed at every stage of the journey, arranged energy efficient reviews, extra visits to the new house, suggested solicitors (excellent also) and endless other things we needed help with. They seem to genuinely love houses and marrying people up with perfect properties. They are a relatively small company and are very knowledgeable about the area. They in fact had four properties to deal with in the whole transaction with a tight deadline and a lot of pressure, but their touch remained light, and our experience was a well oiled machine!! A lovely team and I would recommend them very highly. thank you!

GoogleWatersons were a great with help with selling my house, I ended up accepting an offer within a few weeks. Their advice at the start of the process really helped me. The whole team are like a family, they're are so friendly and are always there to support wherever they can, I would 100% recommend!

GoogleThe estate agency market is quite a competitive one but we're so glad we made the right choice and went with Watersons. The house sold on the first viewing - for the asking price too - and you can't expect much more than that. But they didn't sit back ... they went on to guide us, and the buyers, through exchange and completion with professionalism, humour and a great deal of patience. Many thanks to everyone involved.
