We only moved house on March 11th. and this is the first opportunity I have had to write this review, so apologies to Waterson for the delay. My husband and I have moved house nine times in our married life so we have considerable experience of dealing with estate agents! We were impressed from the very outset when Dan Cash came to view our property and thereafter every member of the team that we dealt with demonstrated that same level of professionalism. All the staff we had contact with were friendly polite and well informed, you just felt that they new what they were doing. All appointments were confirmed in advance, they always arrived in plenty of time prior to the viewers. the whole experience was so straight forward and hassle free. From the beginning Watersons have been professional, helpful, informative, friendly, and supportive throughout the entire process. Towards nearing exchange when factors outside of Watersons' control looked like they might jeopardize the move, Watersons' very own Helen have been our saving grace. She's chased everyone in the chain, solicitors and estate agents alike. She's also provided us with daily updates, more often than not several ones within the day. Had it not been for her we don't think the exchange and completion would have happened. We will be eternally grateful to Watersons, most especially to Helen. We cannot say enough wonderful things about them; they are highly recommended!

Watersons provided a fantastic service when selling our property. They were prompt, always very informative and chased various parties when required as we had a tight deadline to meet. From getting the property on the market right through to signing contracts, nothing was ever too much trouble, and the experience was pleasant and very satisfying. When you consider buying and selling property is one of the most stressful experiences to endeavour, it is reassuring you have an estate agent to keep process ticking along smoothly, and Watersons for us ticked all the boxes. First time buyers: We have been so happy with the service from Helen McGrogan. She has kept us updated throughout this entire process, has been entirely empathetic to our needs and gone above and beyond what we could have imagined. Quick responses, detailed information and her general warmth went a long way in what could have been a very stressful process. I can't recommend her (and Watersons Sale!) enough. The branch as a whole were also great, when we originally booked in viewing they were extremely informative and helpful. The day we finally picked up the keys to our brand new home the whole office seemed genuinely pleased for us, it was a really nice start to our first day in our house!

We've recently sold our house in Sale via Watersons. The service has been excellent and I can't recommend them highly enough. The listing process was simple and efficient, and the persistence and patience demonstrated by Dan, Helen and the rest of the team during the sale process was highly impressive. We didn't feel as if we were being 'managed' or as if anyone was being economical with the truth at any stage in the process - this firm comes across to me as straightforward and professional at all times, with an understanding of the sense of urgency and the need for constant momentum which often isn't the case with many companies outside London. I just wish that the other agents in our chain had operated to the same high standards!

We completed buying our first house together through Watersons back in October. The service was excellent from beginning to end. The first viewing was very unpressurised but informative and we were given time to look around the house. We knew we wanted this house immediately and Watersons just made it easy throughout the process. They were always quick to get back to us, really friendly and supportive and able to help us get a completion date that worked for us. Having sold a relative's house through another estate agents earlier this year, the contrast was noticeable - even though the other agents were a small family business the experience we had with Watersons had a much more personal touch.
