I recently used Watersons to sell my apartment in Sale. After having a disappointing experience with the first local agency , I was feeling quite anxious about the whole process. But I need not of been concerned , as I was reassured from the first phone call made to Jonathan that they would take care of everything! Living 200 miles away was an added pressure , but this burden was eased by the consistent high standard of client care and support. Tom looked after the whole sale process form start to finish , and he did an excellent job of communicating with me all of the time to keep me up to date and discuss an issues. Highly recommended

We put our house on the market with the Hale office and would highly recommend them. Despite issues at the top of the chain that were out of their control, they secured good offers on our property very quickly both times we listed it. Kirstie worked hard on our behalf to negotiate between the parties and was great throughout. We were always able to get hold of the office without delay whenever we had any queries and each member of the team we spoke to without exception was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient.
