GoogleWe recently sold our house in Sale with Watersons. The service we received throughout, on what was a tricky transaction (even ignoring the current turmoil) was top notch, particularly from Sophie who was great. Communication was spot on, and Sophie worked really hard to keep things going and help make sure everything went through. She's really nice to work with as well! Would definitely recommend Watersons to anyone.

Firstly I would like to say a massive thank you to the team at Watersons. Joel did an amazing job coordinating the sale of my parents house. Friendly, calm and efficient at all times. This was exactly what we needed during what was a very difficult time for the family. Nothing was too much trouble. All queries were dealt with and advice given where appropriate. GoogleIt's rare I write a review, let alone for an Estate Agent, but my experience with Watersons was nothing short of excellent. I was buying on my own, and found Watersons to be professional from the off, timely in any correspondence and helpful and warm throughout the process. You hear so many horror stories about estate agents but I can't recommend them enough. Thanks for everything!

GoogleHi I contacted Watersons for the sale of my property 2 years ago. I chose not to sell at the time. Watersons provided a very comprehensive valuation of my house and there was no pressure to proceed. Given their approach I contacted them two years later when I was ready to sell and purchase a property which they were also managing. Watersons were extremely helpful, communication was proactive and transparent, they pushed all 4 parties in the chain to complete on time. They made a very stressful process very smooth. GoogleA protracted and frustrating sale/purchase could have been so much worse if it hadn’t been for the cheerful and helpful service from Watersons. Sophie must be the most patient person ever and definitely went above and beyond to help when the process got stuck. Also worth a mention is Helen, again always cheerful and helpful. Any concerns and queries were dealt with promptly and with ease. Watersons made the process of buying a property during a pandemic and lockdown seem much less stressful than anticipated. GoogleWe have nothing but good words to say about Watersons. They recently sold our house which completed earlier this month. From the moment Dan undertook the valuation detailing what the company can offer and their sale strategy, the professionalism and personalised service we received from everybody within the office was top draw! Watersons navigated through some challenging obstacles including The outbreak of covid and the Location negatives of our house. Helen in the office kept was informed of every development within our sale and, beforehand, all your feedback for viewers. Helen demonstrated her experience and knowledge of the local market and customer service throughout all aspects of the transaction! Whilst you would probably expect such from a reputable company, what you wouldn’t expect is the Low fee for doing such. The service we were provided with by far out reaches the fee that we paid. Value for money does not even come near! We would 100% recommend Watersons and will be selling with them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
