GoogleWatersons have been exceptionally professional, supportive, organised and friendly in their approach to what has been a very lengthy and tricky exchange. From the very first moment, Dan put us at ease and did what he said he would do, and was transparent and honest about what was achievable. Sophie then went on to give her absolute heart and soul to get the job done. The support, kindness and efficiency we have received from them has been second to none, and whilst I never want to move again now, I would 100% recommend them as they are undoubtedly the superior estate agents. GoogleExcellent service from all the team at Watersons (Sale). From initially meeting Dan Cash (Branch Director) at the property to be sold, to the sales office team preparing marketing materials and arranging viewings, I have had a professional, seamless experience from start to finish despite all the aspects that can often cause 'bumps in the road' for a property sale. In particular, I must mention Helen McGrogan (Branch Manager) who was excellent. Courteous yet tenacious in moving the sales process forward with lawyers on both sides (not always easy). I would not hesitate to use Watersons (Sale) again. Eddie

GoogleI have recently sold and purchased through Watersons and the service provided was beyond my highest expectations. I mainly communicated with Sophie and Helen, but I must say everyone within the office are very helpful. What really stood out for me is the promptness to requests, politeness and wealth of knowledge. It is clear that Watersons have a very experienced team and are well established in the area having great recommendations for supporting services (conveyancing and removals). I must also say that during viewings at my property, Kath took the time to take in all aspects of the property to convey onto potential buyers and was very polite and courteous. The result was a straightforward and very quick sale above asking and a very smooth purchase. I could not have asked for a better service and would not hesitate to recommend Watersons to family or friends.

Everyone I have spoken to at Watersons have been polite, friendly, efficient, just overall fab! If I was to move or sell a house again, I would use them again without a doubt!
