GoogleI recently purchased a property from Watersons and the process was very positive throughout. I was kept up to date at all stages and any queries I had were answered very quickly. I liked the fact that they ensure you deal with the same agent end to end which in my case was Tom. I will definitely considering using them in the future.

GoogleWatersons handled the sale of the property we recently purchased. We found them helpful and proactive but not pushy. They were on hand to give honest info and guide us on each step of the process. Helen in particular was excellent in handling all our requests for info, getting back to us, chasing things up and giving advice especially when our own estate agents seemed less communicative. Highly recommended.

GoogleBig thanks to Watersons Sale branch, especially to Helen, who has been extremely helpful, who shows caring and been understanding and trying the best to make the process moving on quickly and smoothly. Helen, Malcolm, and their colleagues are very friendly and supportive. It's been a pleasant experience of purchasing from them. If one day I am selling my house, I'd have Watersons to be my agency. Highly recommended!

GoogleNot just an estate agents, the staff did all they could to see our sale and purchase get to completion, through very difficult times due to COVID, lockdowns and overloading of legal systems due to the stamp duty holiday. GoogleI've just sold my mum's house through Watersons. Jonathan, Helen and Daniel all provided excellent service and kept me updated all along the way. We initially had a sale agreed last year and the buyer pulled out at the last minute but the Watersons team re-marketed the property and we soon had new viewings and a couple of offers. Great service - would recommend
