Unfortunate incident where I had to pay for new key fob after conflicting account over lost key fob. Previous tenant allegedly returned key fob to branch but branch denied receipt. Additionally, lost day of contract due to referencing system issues. On plus side, a tenant was found quickly between lets.

The sales team consisting of whom I know about, Carolyn and Amelia, have consistently taken efforts to update me, contact me by all possible means and see through the completion of my sale. They suggested solicitors to see through my sale, of which I happily accepted following my own research, those solicitors being Setfords. Both Thornley Groves, and Setfords, were in my opinion a right choice. They genuinely cared and put all hands on deck to meet my demanding needs. As with every company, staff must take their holidays, gratefully, it was never hard to get hold of someone who could be aware of, speak and advise on matters relevant to my purpose. In very early stages of renting a property with Thornley Groves sale. Not yet rented but got a tenant confirmed with incredible speed. It was actually the rapport and professionalism of Ava that led to us going with Thornley Groves as our letting agent. The property has been our family home for the past 12-13 years so care of the property is also paramount to the rental experience as well as the income. We felt early on Ava understood this and very pleased so far with everything. Hopefully to remain with Thornley Groves for the long term.

I had the worst experience anyone could ever have by staying at rent house managed by Thornley groves. I raised a request to fix boiler and hasn’t got it done even after one month. Tried to raise this issue as politely as possible even mentioning ‘ that’s nearly impossible to manage without hot water with two kids’ and obviously it went to deaf ears. So, it’s definitely worth to give zero stars if not less for their property management services.
