Just wanted to say thank you to Dominic Cooper!!! He was absolutely incredible with my family: understandable, honest, patient and so professional!! We had a really bad experience with our first renting in the UK, so we were a little sceptic and afraid with our second...I will never forget the first flats that Dominic showed us and when I gave him my opinion I didn't listen the usual "Well, you get what you pay for"!! On the opposite, Dominic tried to understand what we didn't like and what he could improve and he REALLY called us a couple of days later saying "I think I found it!!"!!! We couldn't have asked for anything else!! Just wish him the best and Thornley...watch out not to lose this one ;)

I have had the pleasure of using Carolyne Brindle at Thornley Groves Sale branch for the past 18 months. I was the executor looking after the UK estate of a deceased friend. I live in Australia. It has been a very lengthy process, especially during Covid times when circumstances held up the post and other organisations like HMRC and Titles office were very delayed in their processes. On top of this, we had three buyers pull out at the last minute, due to no fault of ours or our agent. It was just unfortunate. If it wasn’t for Carolyne’s patience, professionalism and perseverance I would have ‘thrown in the towel’. She was always available, even with our 11 hour time difference. She kept me sane. She never lost her positive attitude and had new buyers almost immediately. Thankfully the last buyers stuck with us. I cannot recommend Carolyne highly enough, to any prospective buyers or vendors. Turning Around The letting, and initial management and set up seemed to be disorganised and I could relate to all of these comments about poor communication, however upon completion of my tenancy the finalisation and aftercare by Delyce Odendaal has been delightful, She really is such a ray of sunshine to this Company! Every phone call, felt helpful, constant efficient communication including using the repair system effectively and efficiently! so Thornley groves may have stepped it up because this is a complete turn around! very thankful and Wish Delyce was managing my property all the time! Of course the deposit resolution service ruled in our favour, after having to go through the hassle of raising a dispute and waiting several months. AVOID at all costs.
