All my many questions were answered with patience and fortitude, stunning photos were taken of my mother's house and family home after she passed away, and at every step, I was treated with the utmost respect and politeness. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. They kept things simple and understandable. GoogleWe used Thornley Groves as an estate agent for a house sale and they were very very good - we would highly recommend. Charlotte and Carolyne dealt with our sale, and we couldn’t fault the service they provided. They helped us out in every way possible, going above and beyond what we expected - Carolyne even contacting us on her days off to check everything was okay when she had a missed call from us. We had an absolutely awful solictor, and they repeated chased on our behalf, they were always available to speak to even if it was just to vent about our solictor and also very effectively managed communications with our buyer. GoogleThank you Thornley Groves for your good service provided throughout my tenancy period. We had problems with the landlord, who did not replace the boiler but Max our property manager did his best to support us. Although it took more than 90 days after our tenancy , we were refunded with the whole amount of deposit.The dealings of Thornley groves are transparent and they are responsible. Only thing is, thornley groves is slightly expensive than other estate agents in my locality, but the service is good. Thanks a lot. All the best.... GoogleSelling a house is not without varying levels of stress. So we were extremely grateful to Carolyne at Thornley Groves for the constant guidance and management of the process, always fighting on behalf of the vendor, liaising with the solicitors, other selling agents in the chain and keeping us updated to the hour of completion. Tiers, lockdowns and other interruptions over the past months had no effect on the service we received. Thank you very much Carolyne.

GooglePLEASE READ! ADVISING ALL TENANTS to take multiple time stamped pictures when moving in as they will try and charge you a large portion of your deposit when moving out for things that were pre existing. Even though it's in black and white on the inventory report you all sign. The good staff there do not appear to stick around long as we were constantly dealing with different people, the one time it's a consistent person you deal with, it's a jobsworth who has no concept on the real world around them. Only communicate via email and keep all communications saved as this will aid in guaranteed issues further down the line. Their customer service is shocking and they only communicate through pre written speal like ill equipped call centres. If you challenge them, their poor interpersonal skills shine through. You will have to continually chase them up to get faults sorted and should you sort them yourself, keep receipts and charge them as there will be no gratitude for this when you leave. They will not push for improvements and side with the landlord due to being where the money is. This firm is full of "people in glass houses" They have no human decency but plenty of hidden shame. We left the place clean and tidy better than it was originally but the greedy corporate munchkins strike again. Luckily we did the above to aid in our dispute. No doubt somewell used speal will come from them. Poorly trained individuals

GoogleIf you are a landlord do not touch this firm. They never reply to calls, they use an automated system for repairs which are rarely carried out to satisfaction. They do not communicate tenants concerns which results in them thinking you are a bad landlord. I advise you to use smaller firms where you get a more personal service. I am currently struggling to get my keys returned as my tenant has moved out and I don't think they have done an inventory check(They had the door changed and we do not have a key that fits so can not gain entry). Will be glad to see the back of them!

GoogleUpon the renewal of my tenancy agreement,I have had tired multiple times to contact the letting agent Max to discuss the terms of the contract. After no response from phone call and emails, I have personally gone into the branch and found that none of the staff members were willing or able to help. I was promised a call the next day, that was never received and they did not respond to any of my attempts to contact them. It has now been three weeks without contact from the company. I would expect a more professional work ethic from any estate agents, especialy one with multiple branches such a Thornley Groves.
