GoogleI have used Kevin Henry Lettings - both Sales and Property Management teams for a number of years and have found the service to be of a high standard. Tenant search, vetting, on-boarding and ongoing dialogue have all been satisfactory. The 6mth property inspection service (outside Covid constraints) is a welcome opportunity to see how the tenant is maintaining my property. GoogleWhen looking for a house to rent we viewed a property with George from the Saffron Walden office. I registered my details with him and from that moment he was the most professional, polite and positive person that I had spoken to when enquiring about properties. He was thorough with the information that he took and having worked in lettings myself for the last 10 years he was the only one to ask me these standard questions. When meeting at the property George came out to greet us and was again as he was on the phone and was a pleasure to be shown round the property by. Simple things like being able to hold a conversation about the property, know what he was talking about in relation to the property and the landlord is some important an instantly makes you have faith in them as an agent.
