I have had a good experience with Kevin Henry but on the final two weeks before completion there has been a problem with the house condition that we are buying and we raised concerns to Kevin Henry staff. They have stopped relying to our emails and providing basic customer service. This is very sad and confusing. YES! we are not responsible for their agent fee! But we are still a customer of there's.
