GoogleIt was a great experience with Kevin Henry when comes to find a property for renting. Yeliz had been great from the start and during the process. She was responsive and provided every detail when we needed. And property management team is also responsive when we had some minor issues at the start of the tenancy. Thank you all and highly recommend using them specially If you are new to around Saffron Walden.

Every time I contacted either Lauren or Yeliz for any queries, they were prompt in replying. Lauren even went extra mile to fix last minute issue in the property. GoogleDealt with both George and Kelly. George showed me round the property. Kelly dealt with matters going forward. Kelly was also very helpful after handover of keys when I had a problem obtaining a permit. All sorted out successfully. Thank you! Would recommend.

GoogleReally inconsiderate. Only a few mins late to the viewing due to traffic after travelling 40+ miles with a 7-month old and turned away from the door. I can understand there are many viewings lined up. So we offered to wait outside to be allowed in if there is some time between viewings or if anyone is late. No, simply turned away without even considering our circumstances. A really bad experience!

GoogleWas looking to rent a property in Saffron Walden, dealt with Steve and attempted to arrange viewings but it was very difficult to arrange around work times and he couldn't do the weekend. We took time off work to view a property and then waited 45 minutes outside the flat. We phoned the office 3+ times and were told he was on his way or parking. Not helpful at all. Eventually we were told he had gone home for the day. The following day he did arrange a viewing however sent a man called Chase. Chase was a nice guy, very friendly unfortunately new to the job and therefore could not answer all our questions about the property. We had no paperwork to take away and some of the properties were not advertised online. Asked both Steve and Chase if there were any other properties not advertised which might be appropriate and was told no and just generally lied to. When we looked on Rightmove later there were a number of new properties. The behaviour of the staff has put us off using this company in the future. Would not recommend.

GoogleNick came to value our late mother’s property and was very professional but empathetic in these difficult circumstances. We have had regular feedback and advice from various agents in the office including Nick, Lauren and Nicole all of whom have given a lot of time and support throughout the process of selling. I would highly recommend them.
