Cannot be happier with Kevin Henry! David Moss was super and valued our house perfectly, as it sold within a week despite it being over everyone else’s valuation. He was also very honest and we felt like he had our best interests at heart when discussing all our sale options. This really stood out compared to the other estate agents we’d had out. Then we dealt mostly with Katie Staggs and she was wonderful! I cannot recommend her enough - she was more helpful than my solicitor and offered to do more constantly to support us in selling the house. She also offered great advice when she could because sadly we were gazumped on a couple of others properties… this turned out to be a blessing in disguise. So so impressed and would definitely recommend them to a friend!

For the past couple of years, Joe Barry has been my main contact as the Property Manager in the Lettings Department at Kevin Henry and has been responsible for managing my rental property. It has been a real pleasure working with Joe - he has always been very professional in his approach; he has been proactive in managing changing legal requirements relating to the property, providing long lead times to advise me about upcoming items such as mandated gas safety checks, renewal of tenancy agreement etc; any queries that I have raised are promptly responded to, usually on the same day; he has also been excellent at acting as the interface between myself and KH contractors, with zero issues for me to deal with. We rented a property for a year with Kevin & Henry and all the staff were very helpful & friendly. Joe was so lovely & helpful - we had to come to him with a number of problems but no matter how busy he was, he always got the job done and fought our corner for us when he needed to. Joe kept us informed about everything and maintaned professional throughout. Whenever it was needed he would promptly arrange for faults within the property to be sorted. Would highly recommend!

Nicole has been a fantastic sales negotiator from as soon as I enquired on a property. She made sure that I could choose a viewing time that was suitable for me, as I was travelling a long distance for the viewing. She kept in touch to ask about my progress, and has been extremely helpful the entire time. She also put me in touch with KH’s mortgage advisor Andy, who has been absolutely brilliant with supporting the whole mortgage process, and everything that goes with it. I cannot praise Murray highly enough. Last summer, we were away from the area on holiday. Whilst away, my 87-year old Mother needed some help with some paperwork. We could think of no-one to help, so turned to Murray. Even though this paperwork was largely unrelated to business Kevin Henry were transacting for us (it was on the purchase rather than selling side of the transaction), Murray was so incredibly helpful it cannot pass without mention. I have recently let Flat 2, 92 High Street in Saffron Walden thru Kevin Henry Lettings. I was shocked and surprised on moving in to find that the flat was extremely dirty with a filthy bathroom, the kitchen cupboards with 2-3 cm of dust and worse. I am still shocked that this happened and feel that it was the responsibility of Kevin Henry to have checked the property before my moving in date. However I must commend Louise Mooyer in the Lettings department who took action to send round a cleaning company and book them to carry out a further cleaning of the flat. It is much harder to get a proper cleaning when the flat is now full of my belongings and furniture but I want to thank Louise for doing the best that she could to rectify the situation.

Excellent quality of housing, but communicating with the office without going in person is nearly impossible. I called 7 times in 9 days before reaching someone who could help me which was honestly ridiculous - I was promised and promised returned calls but not a single one ever came through. However - Louise Mooyer was able to sort my issue out within 15 minutes, so I would like to personally thank her for her speedy and high quality service! It does beg the question why it takes the office as a whole 9 days to not even be able to return a call when it takes one good employee 15 minutes! Thanks again Louise.

Even when our initial sale fell through, David and Lauren were straight onto it and we sold again within the week for more than the asking price. David was professional and so helpful when we wanted to go back to the property we were buying several times, very patient. Lauren has been the main point of contact and so so helpful, I feel really she should be being paid the solicitor fee as she seemed to do more work than they did!
